I also got sucked into using this place through a living social deal. They did a terrible job, especially with the interior. I could hardly tell the difference. I’m sure I could have done the same job with a few minutes and some Armor All. Plus it’s very difficult to schedule and appointment, they don’t answer their phone, they ignore their email and they keep your car all day — so you really have to schedule your whole day around it. Really bad experience all around. Avoid this place at all costs.

When I saw the groupon for this service I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to have my car done. In the end it was a huge disappointment. They were short staffed so it took longer than anticipated, causing me to be late for a party. My carpets, mats and engine were nice. However, the interior detailing and windows were not. My dash and other bits inside the car were streaky with missed spots. There is a clear demarcation line on the leather trim of my front passenger door which is still there three weeks later. I have my fingers crossed that the line will eventually fade away or I can rub it out. I’m not convinced the seats, rear interior or trunk were actually done. The wheels and tires were also hit or miss. The next day as I drove into work (going east) the windows had little water spots all over them as well as interior streaking. Some of the interior dash and trim streakiness has kind of blended in with time and because I’m trying to rub it in. There was dirt in the back door pocket. One additional note, I went to Detailing Dynamics website to comment on the service four or five days ago and no one replied. So in addition to the work being done poorly their customer service appears to be nonexistent. If you have the groupon and haven’t redeemed it I suggest you see if groupon will refund your money.

Don’t waste your money here. I paid ~$ 120 through Groupon and they did a crap job. Many parts of my dashboard were left w/​excess greasy residue, they failed clean to vacuum between seats, leaving crumbs and stuff behind, they left big parts of my interior windows unwashed, and they took my ice scraper from my trunk and replaced it w/​a completely different one. And… my seats were so wet (they didn’t warn me) that on my way home my pants started to get soaked.
