Little Life Imaging 3D/4D Ultrasound

What a pleasant little groupon surprise. Penny and the rest of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Her experience is key when trying to get good photo/​video of your baby. Really glad my wife and I chose this place. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be. Absolutely worth it.

I have been to Little Life Imaging twice now, and have not been completely happy with them. The first time was for a gender ultrasound and well, she couldn’t figure it out. She was SO sure it was a boy, but wanted me to come back later in the day. When I went back in, it was now a girl. So I’ll give her a star for the way she handled the situation. But then our second visit, for the 3d/​4d ultrasound was just awful the entire time. I like to believe or hope at least that she was just having a bad day, which still isn’t a good excuse. She was so rude with a mean sarcastic tone. I just wanted to get up and leave. She was really rough on my stomach as well, using her finger nails to try and get the baby to move. While putting the towel under my pants line she was digging straight into my skin and physically hurting me. For the mommys little treasure package you’re supposed to be given 40+ pictures, we got 35 and you cannot tell at all what any of the pictures are, along with pictures she throws in there with your name and date and whatnot that just wastes pictures. I was very unhappy with my second visit more so than the first, and I will not be going back.

We recommend that you do not use this company. We completed our sonogram with Tracy. During the entire 15 minutes session, she used the monitor wand to shake and rattle my wife’s stomach to «capture a better photo.» So, our wonderful memory video is entirely of our baby being repeatedly shaken and stirred — I made my wife stop playing it as it just made me upset. Nothing like seeing that image! Also, it was the most impersonal visit/​service we have received thus far during this our first pregnancy.

I went here for my gender reveal ultrasound and my 3d/​4d and both times it was great! The location was a little confusing at first, but once I went inside the office is nice and bright and clean, it was also great that we could bring family with us! Tracy is very nice and thorough, definitely very professional and has great pricing and specials. She also gave us some little gift packages each time which were an unexpected surprise, but such a nice touch! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
