I had a great, prompt and professional experience with Rich from A&R Glass. I called him from my office in downtown Boston and arranged for him to repair my cracked windshield in Brighton. Rich swung by my office in Boston in a matter of hours, picked up the car keys from me and went right to work. I didn’t have to worry about it or ask any questions, and when I came home my car had a beautiful new windshield.
I think another service may have had me wait for another day as I hadn’t provided Rich with the key up front, but he made the whole process incredibly convenient for me. I’m pleased with the service and will definitely give them a call again for glass work.
