Barrucci is the best!
Just bought a new house.
My yard is looking awesome!

There are only two things worse than this guy’s reliability, it’s the quality of his work, and his attitude.
Every year after every storm, our driveway is the last one «cleared» — sometimes literally more than a day after every other driveway on the street is clear.
As I sit here now, every driveway on the block has been cleared. For HOURS! Ours has not been touched. No sign of the guy. Hasn’t been here once. My 4WD is stuck solid in the driveway, facing a 5 foot berm at the end.
Hey! I know it was a big storm. But do you hear what I’m saying? EVERY driveway on the block except this one is now clear. Has been cleared for HOURS.
«Cleared» is in quotes with regard to Barrucci’s work because it’s not actually ever cleared (until April); much of but not all of the snow gets removed. This guy is truly an artist; he manages to leave ice and uncleared spots on days when every other driveway in the area is clean.
And attitude? He never returns a phone call. Always acts like he’s doing you a favor by showing up.
If I had the hiring/​firing power this guy would have been fired more than five years ago. I don’t know if he’s a relative of the landlord or what. There’s no excuse.
Maybe if he reads this he’ll quit. We can only hope.
