So I don’t usually post negative Unilocal but I feel as though this needs to be addressed… I go to this dunks just about everyday as its a 2 minute walk from my house coffee is always good! Yesterday morning I went with my niece we got to the front of the line I was about to order and the manager starting arguing and reprimanding the employee that was supposed to be taking our order…“if one more person walks off this floor without asking me I’m going to write them up that means you too” the employee responded with«there was no line when I left for just a second» the manager continued to pick an argument and was very unprofessional and rude… as the customer waiting to order this made me very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the employee. I contemplated saying something that second but decided not to… today I went in again with my niece and the gentleman infront of us made a remark about the argument yesterday. I then remarked about how rude it was for the manager to talk down like that to an employee infront of customers! The manager began defending herself saying she was trying to get her employee not to talk back on the floor and she was trying to get her In the back room which is NOT what was going on at all! She also said to me rudely that I had no idea what was going on and if I knew I would understand. I responded with as a customer I don’t need to know what’s going on all I know is that it makes the customers uncomfortable when you reprimand your employee in front of them. If you have an issue with your employee it is only right that you address it in private! This is not the first time this manager has been rude to her employees! The employee she reprimanded always has a smile on her face and makes a connection with her customers unlike the rude manager who always seems to be miserable! I just can’t believe that the manager did not apologize or take responsibility but instead put it on me as a customer that I should basically stay out of it! Worst customer service ever!!!

There is only one reason why this particular Dunkins gets a 4 and not a 5; and that’s because you constantly feel like you are being pumped and forced through a cattle call. Get the customer in, get the customer our and do it as fast as possible. These workers are so insanely busy that they barely have a chance to breathe, let alone smile and greet you. It’s «what can I get you?» and«Have a nice day.» Other than that, has to be one of the better DD franchises I’ve ever been to, even though now they are on every corner of the road.

What’s the MGR for?! Hey, either way — this is another of a string of Dunkin Donut’s I’ve been to that have been A-OK in my book. Gets crowded in the mornings — but which DD’s don’t?! They’ve never messed up my order — but I don’t order anything complicated. Medium regula’. That’s it folks. Parking is a bit of a mess — it’s RIGHT next to Rt 3 so — getting in and out takes some careful planning with all the speeding cars heading to the mall. Peace out homes.

I went there late last night and ordered a decaf ice coffee — we were on our way to the ER and I was a little sleepy, kind of on my way into a bad mood… I double checked that it was a decaf coffee before drinking it — at this point I would’ve rather just gotten sleepier at the hospital than get all jazzed up. After drinking half of my coffee I was so chatty I was wondering if perhaps they had put cream and COKE in it instead of cream and sugar as I had asked. Some kind of sick joke was played on me… I was up until latenight… Dunkin Donuts: 1 Jules: 0 Other than that — it has always been clean, and they have public restrooms.
