Awful! They don’t answer their phone unless you call about 15 times. I got a call back and was told I could get a cab within a half hour. 45 minutes later I call and ask where my cab is — they say 10 minutes (without even asking who I am or where I’m being picked up). Repeated callbacks get no anwer or voicemail — and they hang up before you’re done talking to them. Waited an hour and a half before giving up and calling Town Taxi in Stoneham — they showed up in 15 minutes. Total waste of time — worst Taxi company I have ever dealt with.
