Fish Window Cleaning

GREAT job! I swore I’d remember both of the guys’ names, but one is Diego and I apologize for not recalling the other guy’s name. They were both so very professional, friendly and fast. The windows look so good. I have never had them professionally cleaned, so it was really time for this splurge. I got an estimate from another company that was quite a bit higher than Fish, so I do advise that you make sure you got the right price. Their price seemed fair for the amount of work. Salem, MA, you look so great now that I can finally see you from my dining room. Thank you, Fish. Well done.

Personally I don’t like Unilocal because they always seem to highlight the bad reviews (I work at a restaurant — enough said). So I would like to give a huge shout out to Fish Window Cleaning. They did my windows in my house today and I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys were so nice, professional, AND they wore booties, which I love.

We used this service to clean our commercial/​residential building windows (a big job). They called and were very eager to get our business. The windows were done satisfactorily, however when I had issue with part of the job not being complete, there was no follow up. I was told my sales rep Matt would get back to us and he never did. Funny, he would call once a week to get us to use their services but am now hearing crickets after the fact– with no follow up. We will not use them again and will recommend that our fellow residential/​commercial neighbors not send them their business.

We used Fish for the first time a month or two ago and were very pleased with the service. The windows came out great, the two guys who did the work were very nice. However we discovered that they had dripped some soapy/​dirty? water on a white sofa under a bank of high windows and had stained it in several places. When I called to let Fish know, hoping they would offer to have the sofa cleaned — all they did was throw up their defenses. I asked them if they could have someone stop by (we’re about 10 minutes from their location) and take a look — and all they wanted to do was give me reasons why it couldn’t have been them who made the stains. The fact is that the stains are in clusters of drips in 3 or 4 places directly under some windows high on the wall right above then sofa. It’s just two of us in the house — and neither of us ever went near the sofa with anything that would have or could have made dripping stains like the ones that are there now. On my second call I spoke to a supervisor (?) and all she wanted to do was fight about it… so I said — please decide if you’re willing to have someone take a look at these stains and let me know. I haven’t heard back from anyone. Be careful with this outfit –the work was fine — but if you have a problem, even a pretty small one like ours… the managers will close ranks in a hurry, and deny, deny, deny. Then disappear.

I have used Fish three times now. They are unfailingly prompt, professional, friendly, and meticulous — from scheduling through completion.
They schedule appointments within reasonable time frames. They send email follow ups to confirm. They send email reminders to re-​confirm. They show up on time. They take off their shoes before they enter your home. They are friendly and personable. They fix annoying little things about your windows that they didn’t cause but affect your windows nonetheless. They are super nice to your pets. They thank you politely and leave your home as clean and orderly as they found it.
And, oh yeah, they are kickass-​good window cleaners.
I love them. Could not recommend more highly.
