Update. technician repaired my windshield last week. Brian the manager sent a technician (Phil) who was kind enough to traveled from Methuen, MA towards the Cape today to clean the interior of my car from the last technician. He went beyond his means to stay and let me view the results and I am very please with this company. They also apologize for the last technician’s carelessness and re insured me that in the future they will be more aware of how they leave a customer’s car they serviced. I do recommend this auto glass company for their fine work and the best customer services.
