Working there sucked and the administrators only came running if it was for a child. Other than that, they basically piled up in the director’s office talking crap about everyone. There’s this one l o s e r staff working there who was (and probably still) always on his phone. And I mean ALWAYS. The director knows of this issue but still does nothing to correct the problem. That same (married w. Childen) employee also drooled over the fact that another employee there had a huge backside. It was easy to catch him staring and licking his lips… Sexually inappropriate if you ask me, but what’s done about it ?! NOTHING. That same employee also only worried about his mediocre rapping. His songs were 4^th grade rhymes and he always wanted to share the nonsense he wrote to everyone. I can’t get how a 35 year old would rather work at a place with no career advancement instead of finding a better job to stop living off government assistance. He also drooled over the fact that an employee from one of the classrooms looked like «Mia khalifa» (Google her). One of the nurses there (huge as a hippo) came whenever she felt like mustering the energy to get her fat behind out of a chair. I thought I would love the experience of working with these children, but the management ruined it for me. The lead teacher in one of the classrooms looked like that sloth from ice age, and she came with the annoying voice too. If you work there, watch out for her. She is extremely insecure with her image and will be fake with you. Another lead teacher there was skinny as a stick, but had these weird love handles. Made no sense at all to me. She always talked about how her ex dated ugly women, when she looked like a corpse from the hit series «The walking dead». There’s this one parent who was always complaining about some issues regarding her child, but when the L. Teacher and admin read the notes, they basically ridiculed her for being so strict about certain things, and again did NOTHING to correct the issue. For the hard work of some of the employees there, the pay was most certainly not worth it. The center is loaded w. LGBT, dikes, and atheist people, and it’s so amazing to me how the Director of the center (Jaimie) makes so much money, but never bothered to fix her rotten teeth. Lord help this place, don’t bring your child there. You’ll stress them out.
