This review is for the Metro PCS store, 391 main St., Woburn. The service is top notch. Ask for Jovanna. She has to be the most patient and polite customer service tech one could ask for. Talk about multi-tasking. She greets everyone who comes in the door no matter who she is with or what she is doing. She is quite knowledgeable about the phones and plans. Doesn’t try to pressure you into anything. I had so many questions and she took the time to answer each. I had a most pleasant experience and ended up getting a great starter smartphone for my nephew. Thank you, Jovanna!

BEWAREOFTRAILERPARKMAN who runs this store! Steer clear of him… nothing but a cheat and a liar. Whatever he tells you will be changed in the next sentence. Refuses to give receipts for anything. Also, tells you one price and then rings up the register with a totally different price saying that the«price just changed». Hello… isn’t this against the law? There was an Indian man who used to run this store — very professional, competent, and ethical. He was great. This new owner, or employee, or whatever is a con man. You were warned…

Nothing but scams, rude employees and no Customer Service. Guy smokes inside of the store, phones are not even on the display, no help with warranty, won’t keep posted hours… Go to the one on Main St, day and night difference.

BEWAREOFTHISMAN! Do not activate your phone here, go to the Woburn center metro pcs. He refuses to sell you the SIM card if you are bringing your own phone. First time I went there I had to pay $ 15 to activate the phone when all I wanted was the SIM card. It is very easy to activate it yourself. He doesn’t know anything about phones. He spelled my name wrong on my account and I asked him to fix it but he wouldn’t. I went there a second time asking for a SIM card. Same deal, wouldn’t sell it to me and this time wanted $ 30 when I can easily do it myself. He was very rude to me and unhelpful, saying he wasn’t open when all the lights were on and the door was open. I went to Woburn center and the man did not force me to have him activate my phone, was very knowledgeable and happy to sell me a SIM card. I had told him about my experience and he said it is up to the store if they want to charge an activation fee but it’s no more than $ 15. so the man was overcharging and choosing not to sell me a certain product for his own benefit. Just wanted to warn other people that they could be getting charged double.
