Pier 1 Imports

Love this place. The staff is super friendly and the store is neat and well organized. I love going in for inspiration. They have some good sales too, and you can sign up for coupons.

Oh Pier 1… My favorite place to stroll on a lazy Sunday finding all sorts of unusual (and somewhat overpriced) knick knacks for my home. Good selections of anything from pillows to napkins to lamps. But my favorite section is all the little random kitchen doo-​dads. You’ll be sure to find something you never knew you needed, but swear you will use all the time now that you have it!

I love this store now, even though I agree with the other poster’s review of the merchandise. I was forced to come to this store because my husband had bought a dinner table and chair set there, and we needed new seat cushions. Ok, none of the new cushions matches the size and shape of the chairs. Most of the chairs in the store don’t match the size cushions now available, I don’t get it… the merchandise is mostly disposable income stuff… Not great quality, that would cost ten times more. Home things you need and want that will make you smile for a while. Except so much of the furniture has substandard hardware and the legs of things are often broken while on display…
But, for a little pick-​me-​up brightening of the environment, this place has it.
And lastly, the most important reason I write this review: the people there are great. Every time I go in there, I am greeted, they help me carry things, they get me a cart if I need it, they help, help, help, help. They even helped when my young daughter needed a potty. They don’t pressure, they help. I have to say it! They even helped carry things out to my car the time I came alone with a baby in my arms.

So what is wrong with people in Woburn? Why hasn’t people reviewed this awesome Pier 1???
And Jack M. — seriously no offense meant but maybe this type of shopping isn’t for you.
This store is amazing. They have everything you could possible want to decorate your home in selected styles. They have trendy eclectic items that are reasonably priced and they have sales all the time.
The sales people are very friendly and helpful and really know their store.
There is an abundance of parking and it’s right between 93 and 95.

This is the only Pier 1 I’ve ever been in.
I am not a fan of this store.
Everything they sell is ugly, and looks like something you’d find at a garage sale by rich people.
Ugly frames? Check.
Rattan furniture? Check
Beaded curtains? Check
Goofy vases? Check
Overly colorful pillows? Check
Useless knick-​knacks? Check
I hate this store. I’m giving it an extra star cause it’s nicely organized and hey — just cause I hate this crap doesn’t mean you will too. Maybe you have no taste. If you have no taste, shop here…
