Awful. Since they merged with our previous shred company, I’ve had to call them several times a day every week for our weekly service. This is unacceptable. The previous company they took over were never late. Ever. I’ve been at my corporation for 11 years, and never have seen this level of unprofessionalism before. Don’t waste your time, go with another company.

Lousy lousy customer service. I had spoken with someone from the office a week or two earlier and she gave me two options: come to the office on Sat. 15th of Nov. at 10:30 to shred it or call to have a truck come to me (which was a bit higher). I drove all the way down from Lowell when I really need to be in Manchester NH that day, and waited waited waited, rang the door bell, went around the back… (several times) and finally left after 11:20. Waste waste waste… and no one has called me back after I left them a message.

I recently attended a «Shred Event» at the Shredit offices in Woburn. I had 6 shopping bags full of old bank statements, financial statements, cancelled checks, you name it. Shredit had a big truck out from and after paying a very reasonable fee they took my bags while I watched and dumped them into a massive shredder. My son thought it was the coolest thing he’d ever seen.
The guy ahead of me had 16 boxes of sensitive documents and they shredded those in 5 minutes.
I would have probably burned through several personal shredders are lost numerous weekends doing this myself.
THIS IS A GREAT SERVICE.
