While I understand that there needs to be rental halls for all budgets, this Son’s of Italy hall is a lower end hall that can fit a large event.
We rent this space annually for a function. While it has many positives such as cost, much square footage, bar, kitchen, coat room, etc. the place is just run down.
It really needs an update. Even a fresh coat of paint would help. It is dark inside due to many of the light bulbs from the out dated chandeliers are burned out.
The bathrooms are old and gross, and not fully handicapped accessible.
The hall smells musty and unclean. I think more would come here to rent it they updated it a bit.

I have come to sons of Italy for many events. Such as Halloween parties, 80s parties to fundraisers! It’s huge and I feel comfortable coming here every time! There is so much space to have food catered here and they have a bar too! Bartenders are very professional and give you what you order!!! Maybe one day I will throw my own party here too. I heard it’s very affordable and it’s right down the street from where I live!!! Even better! ;)

I agree with the other review. Its a great place for an event. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is the bar is small and the kitchen and bathroom, while functional, are old and a bit worn. They are great to work with and the hall is in good shape. It has a big dance floor and space for I think 300+ at a seated event. At our event, they provided coat check staff and have cleaning staff that comes in afterwards to clean up all the mess. Very affordable.

This is the largest Sons of Italy building I’ve ever been in.
HUGE ballroom with a small bar. If you’re looking for a big cheap space to throw a party — you could do worse than book it here.
Big private parking lot. Easy to find the location.
I recommend it!
