Aikido is a continuous hard training and disciplining of the body, mind and senses (Mitsunari Kanai). This unique interpretation of the martial way in which harmony is achieved is at the heart of the teaching at Woburn Aikikai.
Aikido Training:

History
Established in 2006.
The school was opened after the passing of Mitsunari Kanai Shihan; one of the last live in students of the founder of Aikido, O’sensei. After the loss of his teacher, Michael Baron opened Woburn Aikikai to pass on these teachings.

Business Owner
Michael Baron began his martial arts training in 1980. Michael has also been training in Iaido since 1997, and was a close student of the late Mitsunari Kanai Shihan. In addition to martial arts, he is also an English teacher, a writer, and an amateur sword maker.
