Specialties
My practice focuses on elder law including lifelong and estate planning. My services include consultation on and provision of documents that help preserve a person’s independence including financial and medical powers of attorney, living wills and revocable trusts and traditional estate planning wills.
I also provide advice regarding long-term-health care financing using both private resources and public benefits with an emphasis on maintaining the client’s independence. I have helped several couples to maximize their assets preserved for the healthy spouse to live-on, when one spouse had to apply for nursing home Medicaid benefits.
I also offer legal services to executors, administrators, trustees and guardians in administrating those different types of estates.
