First I will admit my credit situation was going to be a great challenge for their team, I wouldn’t have needed them if a tree didn’t fall in my car and total it. I take full responsibility for my credit being like it is but I did everything they asked of me just to be blown off.
Stephanie took over my file after my original credit specialist Lori quit without notice.
I didn’t find out until almost a week later when I called to find out why I haven’t heard from anyone. Stephanie promised to get on my file right away and I didn’t hear from her until I called again after another week. In which she said she’ll have a manager call me. After two more days I called again just to be told Stephanie wasn’t there, this time they transferred me to another so called specialist and I’m very sorry I can’t recall hey name but I think she was a black lady. (I’m black so I’m not being racist) who promised to call me after she talked with Stephanie, I bet you can guess what happened. YOU GUESSED IT, NO FREAKING CALL. now it’s been going on close to a month.
When I say piss poor business practices I mean the poorest!
I will be sharing this with the BBB AND EVERYONE I CAN .I HOPE THIS GOES VIRAL.

I went to AutoCenters Nissan and purchased my first brand new car from Curtis Winterbottom he provided me with top of the class service and made the experience enjoyable along the way. After having a very bad experience a year ago at a dealership within 10 miles of home. I reached out to Scott Davis (Sales Mgr) here and he put me in contact with Curtis Winterbottom (Sales Person). Curtis was awesome! The customer service from Curtis, Scott and everyone there was top notch! I never felt as if I was being pushed or anything. Once we selected a vehicle Curtis thoroughly went through the process and also with the car. This place does excellent business — providing a video to make sure I understand things, etc. I will take the drive to go visit this place again, not only to purchase cars but for all my service needs. Ask for Curtis if you are on the market for a vehicle! You will not be sorry!

Two years ago, I went to Autocenters Nissan because after 2 months of searching for the perfect car, I found it and they had it. They had a 2010 Ford Focus for a ridiculously good price. I was lucky enough to have Jerry come out and help me with my purchase. He was really nice and answered all my questions, he was also patient and didn’t try to push me into anything. The 2 months leading up to this moment were filled with pushy salesmen trying to pawn their junky cars off on me for a lot more than what Jerry sold me the Focus. Two years later, I have not had any problems with my car. I am still as in love with it as I was when I saw it and I am so thankful for Jerry’s help. A couple days ago, my fiancé told me he was ready to buy a new car, his first new car purchase. I told him he had to go to Autocenters Nissan because they have the best cars for the best price with the nicest sales guys. He found a great 2013 Focus so we went up there hoping Jerry would be at work. I was bummed when Jake said he wasn’t there but Jake was just as awesome. He was just as easy going and patient with us as Jerry and really made our experience awesome. If you want a great car and don’t want to feel pressured into something you weren’t looking for, go to Autocenters Nissan. I plan to send a lot more of my friends their way and when I finally decide to trade in my little blue Focus, I won’t go anywhere else.

This place was great. The service is great everyone is friendly and they really work hard to get you the best deal. I will return the next time I buy a car and I tell everyone I know to try here first. They even have free drinks and snacks and a kid play area for the wait.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Auto Centers Nissan to purchase a used car that was originally sold through them. I’m in California and was depending on their professionalism and expertise to provide a pre-​purchase inspection. Russ in service was extremely helpful in providing information and guidance to facilitate a smooth transaction. Prices were typical and communications exemplary. If I found myself in southern Illinois and was going to purchase a Nissan, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do business these folks.

Best Car Dealership EVER! Just leased a new Nissan Murano. They were everything you would want in a dealership. non-​pressure, courteous, upfront and honest. Definitely worth the short drive from STL.

I emailed Leann, «customer service manager», again on July 8 regarding the vehicle we were interested in and I was told be her that the vehicle would not be on their lot for at least a week and she would let me know as soon as it was back. I emailed today, a week and a half later, and was informed by someone else the vehicle had been sold. I am pretty certain at this point the vehciel in question never truly existed and was used a lure vehicle. Awful, awful way to treat a very serious buyer. Thanks for wasting so much of my time, Autocenters!
