AT&T

Very disappointed with our service.
My wife bought a rose gold iPhone 6s and didn’t care for the color when she saw it. She thought it would grow on her but after a couple of weeks, she decided against it. Knowing she was over the 14 day mark, she called and asked if they would help her out anyway. The staff member who answer the phone told her it was no problem and she could exchange for a gold one. He checked and told her there was one in stock. She double checked to see if the 14 day thing was a big deal and the staff member assured her it was no problem.
When we showed up the staff was rude and unwilling to help. Whoever she spoke with was not there. They didn’t believe my wife that she talked to someone earlier. She even showed them her call log but they insisted on figuring out who she talked to, like it would really matter.
They informed us that only a manager can perform an exception yet no manager was on site.
If a manager is off-​site they need to be capable of performing their job remotely. If that’s not possible then a manager needs to be onsite.
You expect more from a technology company.

This place is a utter disappointment. My usual AT&T store told me to come here to get help on my problematic phone. The service was dreadful, the members would not listen to me about the problems of my phone they simply RESET it and it still wasn’t working, I had to drive back which took 25 mins and try to explain AGAIN… well they somehow did fix my phone but still didn’t listen to what I had to say, which is horrible summer service… avoid this place!

The wait was long, but the service was great. I had three members that were great, William Romero, John Sharpe, and Asa. The female manager (Don’t know her name) was awesome! Very Nice and soooooo helpful! The check-​in girl could go, but the rest were great.
