I’m a techtard, as in someone who is completely helpless around electronics. I actually thought home computers were going to be a fad! Anyway, my laptop recently went tits up on me and I had no idea what to do. My sister recommended Golden Tech so we went there and they got my computer running, no fuss, no muss, and the price was incredibly reasonable! I guess, I don’t know about these things but I do know it was worth it. I recommended Golden technology to a coworker of mine when she was about to replace her laptop. She took it, they fixed it, and she was extremely pleased with them! Anyway, so far they are good to go and treat you right!

GOLDEN TECH COMPUTERS in the past has been fine. There is a guy name FARAZ there he does not have the best interactive customer experience, he is very short in conversation and appears as if he does not want to be bothered.

As someone who doesn’t know how to build a computer myself, I looked into this place to buy a custom for gaming and work. I bought one here for around $ 1300.00 all said and done. Now I was told this computer would be able to run games at full graphics settings and I wouldn’t have any issues, this turned out to be a total lie. Unless the game is complete crap I have to turn down to medium or low or it just runs horrible, to top this off there is almost no space on the PC, I had to go purchase an external drive at best buy to have more then 4 games installed. Long story short, if you aren’t aware of all the technical information into buying a custom PC I would NOT go here, they tell you lies, find someone else to build one for you.

Don’t buy from these people, they don’t say the truth and apparently their word is not truth either. They look nice people at the beggining but then they don’t recognize anything what they said. They are very rude with women, it looks like they don’t know how to treat women.
The first time when I visit this retail store everybody was polite and respectfull. Today I came back to ASK if I could return a cable that I bought there ($ 40.00) without the receipt, and they treat me very bad, very impolite and rude. When I bought the cable few weeks ago the sales person told me verbally that I can exchange the cable if it doesn’t fit the needs of our equipment, today he said that he doesn’t know who I was, and also that they don’t accept returns after 10 days. He never said that to me at the first place, but today with a very sarcastic tone told me that if he needs to explain their policies to everyone they should have a book.

If you are looking at the absolute best selection of cables, accessories and made to order PC in Prince William county, this is it. The staff is amazingly knowledgable and helpful. The prices are much better than the big box stores. This is the place to go.

I thought that I needed a new CD/​DVR drive for my laptop, which I bought from Golden Tech. They even gave me tips on how to install it myself to save money. After that didn’t fix the problem, the sales rep at GT looked at my laptop and told me I needed a new hard drive. They even gave me a refund on the CD/​DVR drive I didn’t need. Terrific personnel!!!
