I love J. Crew and the J. Crew factory is a cheaper alternative although you do sacrifice on the quality and cut. I noticed that the materials used to make J. Crew factory clothes and jewelry are not as nice and the fit is a little off too so I try to limit myself to buying only the most basis things like tees from the factory store. However, I do appreciate that its an option for customers on a budget. This J. Crew Factory is more organized than most, and they seem to have full inventory every time I shop here. Also, don’t forget to ask for student/​teacher discounts!

The staff was incredibly friendly, they offered more assistance than I’ve received in higher end department stores. The dressing room attendant was quick to offer assistance in helping me grab another size or in one case, a belt to change the look of a dress that I was hesitant about, due to it’s style on my body type. The belt did the trick! The clothes are good quality and reasonable priced. I really enjoy my shopping experience in this store and look forward to future shopping experiences.

Typically you can find great deals especially for kids and men. The staff is usually helpful without being a hovercraft! I return for classic pieces. Best time to shop are mornings during the week.
