Best experience I’ve had with repairs. This good sir truly knows what he is doing. He was absolutely professional and flexible willing to accommodate my busy schedule. Dropped the TV off one day and picked it up the very next day, fixed, and in perfect working condition.
As a side note, this gentleman also does repairs on a multitude of other electronics ranging from but not limited to TVs, DVD/​VCRs, Monitors, Radios, antique electronics, and even had a gaming console.
I absolutely recommend Leon and Leon, the cost is reasonable and he knows exactly what he’s doing.

I called Leon&Leon Service on a 73″ Mitsubishi DLP tv because I was starting to see white spots and black spots on my screen.
Alex was able to immediately diagnose and recommend which DLP chip was needed to address the issue over the phone. After sending in a down payment for the chip, they were able to order the chip, notify me when it came in, and schedule an on-​site appointment at my home (TV is very large) to service the TV. Alex was prompt, friendly and most knowledgeable and replaced the DLP chip within an hour in a professional and honest manner.
I would most certainly recommend Leon&Leon to friends and family for any TV related service and know that they would go the extra mile to do the job right.

I prayed and asked the Lord to sent me the right TV repair shop. On « Unilocal» I search and hundreds came up but the others seem to be blaired and «Leon & Leon Service Shop» was the only one I could see. I immediately called and spoke with Alex Leon about my troubled television. After several questions, we agreed on Friday, 11:00 a.m. Mr. Leon requested I text him the brand name, model #, address, zip code and good phone #. He then comfirmed my home visit within five minutes. Friday morning on or about 10:30 notified that he was in route and the approximate time he would be arriving. On time, we went upstairs and he checked first to ensure everything was plugged in correctly and ran his hands over the television as if he was praying for it. Now, turn it on. With the remote I turned it on and jumped back. It came on! I was shocked! I told Mr. Leon, well let me just write you a check. Alex said to me, «No, let’s just take it of the wall and open it up. He immediately discovered the problem after removing the back. Two (2) of 6 (six) compacitors on one broad had bubbled on top. Inspecting the other four (4) he showed me that others would be gone soon. He asked if I would allow him to change all six (6) compacitors on that board. He said by doing this, I now have a new television that would last another 5 years. After completing the job, he packed and cleaned up and gave me a receipt explaining what he had done. He took the cost of the estimation and subtracted it from the total cost. I wrote was very happy to write my check and a tip. All this took about, fifteen (15) minutes.
Alex told me that he goes all over the Tri State, but the further you are away from Woodbridge it would cost you more. He said, he works from home, so he doesn’t have the overhead of most shops so he passes it on to his customers.

I have a 30″ Dell Monitor that one day stopped turning on — a failed power supply. Tried every ad I could find and no one seemed willing to repair computer monitors. 30″ monitors aren’t cheap — mine was more expensive than my laptop — so repairing is definitely worth the money.
Found Leon and Leon, called, set up an appointment. I live in a tiny DC apartment so I dropped the monitor off with him to diagnose and repair. Turnaround time for diagnosing, ordering replacement electrical parts, and actual repair was around a week. And the price? Less than I expected to pay, and a whole lot less than buying a new monitor.

This guy is great — I have a Pac Man arcade game, and the monitor went out. Leon came out, told me exactly what needed to be replaced, exactly how much it would be, took the monitor back to his shop, fixed it in several days, and came back and replaced it in my arcade.
He is totally professional, honest, punctual – couldn’t recommend him enough. He knows TV’s inside and out and won’t BS you.

I used Leon&Leon a couple years ago when my Dynex (Best Buy brand…*sigh*) had issues turning on. Sometimes it work and other times I would get a lit black screen.
After doing some research online I went ahead and gave Leon a call. He came out to my house and repaired what I was ready to dispose of. This was maybe in 2010. The generic name brand TV is still working and displaying hi quality HD. THANKS LEON! I’ve been refering him to all my friends with TV issue’s.

I freaked out after having over-​tightened the coaxial cable into my roommate’s huge Vizio. I had tried everything; vice grips, pliers, wrenches, it just wouldn’t come out!
I called several other TV repair places. Some said they didn’t do house calls, others said that the TV couldn’t be fixed (!). I was therefore pleasantly surprised when Leon returned my message (less than 10 minutes from the time I called). He asked a lot of questions, and identified the model of Vizio based only on my vague descriptions («it looks like it’s maybe two feet long»). He told me there would be a fixed fee of $ 95 to come to my apartment, open the TV up and replace the cable socket.
Although he ran a little late because of severe thunderstorms (he called several times to keep me updated) the housecall itself was very pleasant. He found street parking (nearly impossible in DC in the early evening), and met me in the lobby with his tools. He laid the TV flat on a table (after asking me if the table was strong enough to support it). After about 2 minutes he had removed the tight cable using some trade tool. He stayed to verify that the TV worked, and showed me how to program it.
He was very capable and polite throughout («I like what you’ve done with the apartment. Nice lamps. IKEA?»). He reduced the fee from $ 95 to $ 60 because he didn’t have to open the TV. $ 60 for not having to replace my roommate’s $ 2000 because I’m a klutz? Not a bad deal.
I’m amazed that he can offer such great service. He called early in the day from Gaithersburg MD to confirm the appointment. His business is in Woodbridge VA, I am in Washington DC. I don’t want to make him run around more, but I simply can’t recommend Leon highly enough.
