I was out of town and noticed that I needed an oil change and wanted to get that done before I returned. This place was within my vicinity and was polite over the phone when I asked for pricing so I decided to come here.
From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, it was a positive experience. Gary came out and greeted me when I pulled up, he even held the door open for me and my friend as we walked up, it was a nice gesture that you don’t see often. It took about 10 minutes to get the oil change and he informed me that I needed a filter, and informed me of a brake issue that I already knew existed. His suggestions were not pushy and very helpful. I informed him of a battery issue I was having and he took the initiative to actually call advance auto to see if my battery was still under warranty, which it was.
I’ve never experienced such good service as I’ve had here. If I am ever in the northern Virginia area again I will definitely come here again.

Great shop, I went there today (Sunday) at 8 am and they where open for business. I got in right away and was out in 15 minutes. I got the basic oil change $ 40 price was ok but, the service was great, fast, and friendly.

Every time I come here is always a great experience. These guys are super fast, have you in and out 15 min. The advisor will give you recommendations but no pressure to buy. I take both of my cars to get service here because of how quick they get it done.

Ive been coming here forever. They do good work.
They cleaned my air filter last time I was in and it took them roughly 45 minutes. Why?!
Other than that, good consistent work.

Stopped in today to have our oil changed and the service was friendly and quick (which was amazing since our 2 and 5 yr olds were with us) Our air filter needed changing, but when my husband said he’d do that himself they did not give him
a hard time over it like a lot of places would have. They even vacuumed our car!

I brought my car in on an emergency due to radiator fluid pouring out all over. They replaced radiator, flushed transmission fluid, which car needed, and was running nice and smooth, shifting smooth etc. I went to pop my good when I got home and it wouldn’t pop, there was no tension and the cable felt disconnected and just pulled out. I took it to honda near my house and they said it had been disconnected to get radiator out and not reconnected. They recommended to take it back to where the radiator was done because their cost would’ve been 1500.00 alone for labor. I brought it back and the owner of the shop said he’s take care of it. They took it to Honda themselves and had it fixed, at no charge. The owner is helpful, Gary was suupper helpful, knowledgable, more helpful than most people these days. These guys definitely owned the work and mistake but stood by the work. I will be back due to the nature of how they work and treat customers.

I bring all 3 of my vehicles to M1 oil change. Quick and friendly service without the Jiffy Lube high pressure sales for all the extras. M1 will let you know if more service is required, but won’t high pressure you over it. I always go on line to their web site for coupons before going, will save at least 8 dollars. I highly recommend these guys.

Great group of guys. Never feel pressure to add something I don’t need. They are up front and give you feedback on what your car needs. They can do just about anything you need. Ask for Gary and he will take care of you.
