My Tech Mobile Auto Glass

I feel like I’m repeating what everyone else has said. This company is good. I rarely just hand out 5 stars, but this company deserves it. I called around because I had a cracked windshield (well, it started off as a small crack, then grew to the whole length of the freakin windshield). Safelite… well we all know that company has the highest prices. So I called and spoke to Shawn. He was able to give me a competitive price on the windshield. Honestly I would have gone with anyone but Safelite… they replaced my other 3 windshields (different vehicles) and I had nothing but problems. Shawn called me the morning of my appointment and verified that I was still available (which I appreciated… not too many people reach out to you to verify anymore). He also called again when he was 10 minutes away (again, awesome… and within the scheduled time).
What he gets brownie points for is my being extra nosy… and tolerating it. I told him that although I’ve had windshields replaced, I’ve never actually seen it. So while he was doing his thing, I was hovering. It didn’t bother him (at least I hope it didn’t).
The whole process was very simple, didn’t take long… and I swear it looks like I have a new car! Lol — I’ve been with the cracked windshield for so long… yeah, let me stop there.
I totally recommend My Tech — and I will definitely use them again if I have any other glass issues. Hmm, like someone else said… wish they did other work as well :)

What a great find! I was drawn in by all the fantastic Unilocal reviews and I was not disappointed! It was $ 100 cheaper than a major chain quote, and I called around 1pm and got a next day morning appointment! At first I was given a 2 hour window, then day of I was given a one hour window, and then he contacted me on the way. The communication was fantastic! Shawn came to my house and it was done in less than 40 minutes and he replaced my inspection and smart tag! I HIGHLY recommend!

These guys are great. I called. Got an an immediate appt. They came to a parking lot near the home, fixed the cracked windshield as it was never there. Amazing workmanship.

I contacted MyTech and several other windshield repair shops for quotes on a Friday. Shawn from MyTech responded within an hour, at a quote about 20% cheaper than the next closest shop. I made an appointment for the following Monday, and he arrived at my house exactly on time. Shawn was professional, efficient, and replaced the glass (and transferred all my parking/​DMV stickers) in 40 minutes. The price quoted was the price paid. I would absolutely recommend MyTech for windshield repair, and would use them again (just hopefully not too soon!).

Shawn was great. He came to my work, and realized that although I thought my windshield wasn’t heated, it actually is. He was able to find a heated windshield, and came back to my work and installed it the same afternoon. He was very punctual and communicative, and the prices were good, especially since he came to me and I didn’t have to take time off work. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Awesome service.

Showed up on time, replaced windshield in about 20 minutes, and charged me exactly what they quoted. No surprises at the end. Even recovered my inspection sticker and thought to get the sticky stuff for the Easy Pass. I cannot recommend them more. Really I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best price and best service. I will never call anyone else if they can do the work. I wish they did plumbing and car repair because I would so call them.

I had a large crack on my windshield and found that my insurance did not cover the damage. After looking at Unilocal review, I contacted My Tech at about 11:30 this morning. They scheduled a time to come to my office to replace the windshield the following day. 30 minutes later, they called and said they have an opening and could do it between 1 – 1:30 today. Shawn showed up before 1:30, and the job was completed in about 30 minutes. Shawn was great, and the new windshield looks awesome. My insurance company had estimated the replacement cost at $ 450,My Tech did it for $ 240 plus tax. Very happy I read the Unilocal reviews and called them.

Would give these guys a 6 if I could. Called them Friday afternoon after I got several big cracks from a car kicking up gravel, and they said they could come all the way up to Arlington on Saturday. Quote was $ 260 for my Jeep Patriot, which was $ 15 cheaper than the next cheapest of the 7 places I called. Said they’d be here b/​w 3−5pm, got a call at 1230 saying they finished some early and could be to me in an hour. Finished everything in only 40 minutes and the work is perfect, transferred EZ pass, Arlington county sticker and VA inspection sticker, and super friendly, thanks Shawn!

Great experience. I was lucky enough to have them come out the same day (I had spoken with Bobby the previous day however). He and Martin were professional, courteous and quick. All around amazing experience, and offered the best prices I was quoted. Hopefully I won’t ever need another windshield replaced, but if I do, they’re the only ones I’ll call

Solid work. They had to replace my windshield. Work was done in 20 minutes. The prices are also really good compared to Safelite. I have no intention of paying premium prices for good and services so I appreciate a company that offers competitive orices.

Woke up and found broken passenger side window. Searched around, called Shawn (my tech), got the best price, same day schedule and service. Shawn was excellent with his communication and met me at my office during my lunch break. He cleaned all the glass and installed the window within the hour. Was nice enough to vacuum the glass bits still inside my car.
Would recommend to friends/​family.

I was incredibly impressed with this company. My technician, Shawn, was honest and very polite. He came on time, fixed my windshield quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. He even took a quick look at another car at no cost. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone & I will definitely use them again!

Yesterday morning I awoke to the sound of a brick being thrown through my car’s passenger side window. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to call Shawn at MyTech and had a new window installed within the hour.
Here are two other interesting facts about my experience:
1) The price to have my broken window replaced, on site, was $ 190 (less than the the $ 230-​ish quotes that I got from my nearby auto repair shops).
2) Shawn almost got to my place and finished his repairs before the police unit that was sent to investigate the incident actually arrived on the scene.
If my car gets broken into again in the future, I will be sure to give Shawn a ring.
