I was an in accident that only caused cosmetic damage so I can’t say how well their mechanics perform. However, I really like the work they did and it only took them one extra day than originally estimated. I’m only giving them 4 stars, however, because I had to take my car back twice to correct some relatively minor issues that probably should have been caught before I left the first time. Not really a big deal, but just a minor inconvenience. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again, although I hope I never need to!

I went here by recommendation of my insurance after vadilism to my car. When I picked up my car there was paint in the back seat of my car. It was the same color they used to paint the damaged door. My sister went there as well and after she picked up her car all seamed fine. But a day later her at went up in smoke. It seems they missed up her radiator. There work is sloppy and it takes forever to get your car back. Please do not go here.

I just got my car out of this shop yesterday (took about the normal amount of time to order a new bumper and guard, paint it and cure the paint) and it looks great! Also, as I was stuck in traffic on Rte. 1 trying to pick it up before their closing, a delightful employee played «Garmin» for me, getting me there through the back streets with time to spare! Very nice folks, great communications throughout the process and the car looks like new! I checked the bumper and it is well secured and great match on the paint!

I was in an accident, of course what else brings you to a shop of this nature. But these guys and ladies were great. They are usually service with a smile, and after actually sitting in their office sometimes, man the people who come in and out of there can be well i think it is an understatement of not kind. They took a little longer than expected to fix my car, but the overage in days not covered by my insurance was reimbursed to me. Wow never expected it, but was very grateful, and literally just rented cars for the day and returned them as i needed them as not to run up the bill on my end for them. Sure enough my car got hit all of 7 hours by a hit and run driver (luckily caught the plate) after i left the shop, and well it will be spending another couple of days with them again :’(. That being said, they did a wonderful job the first time, and no hard feelings toward the shop they are, i am sure, going to do another wonderful job again, i am thinking maybe this time they can paint my car police blue, maybe people will stay away from it.
