Scott’s Towing & Recovery

My experience was similar. I made one phone call to ask about update status and a rude lady picked up the phone. And told me I had to wait. I was calm, cool, collective, and let it be.
My second time experience was quite almost the same one of my friends cars got towed and I wanted to pick it up. There were completely rude. Quite honestly I don’t know how company who treats people that way stay in business. Maybe because they have the official police tow contract or the Parkway or Turnpike. I hope they do not talk to them. That way

This is beyond the worst towing company. The customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours for them to get to me (mind you I’m in the same city!) I called the company and they stated the driver stated he would be to me within 15 min.30 min pass… I call progressive and advise them that I have been waiting over an hour and that I called the towing truck and they stated 15 min 30 min ago. so they told the progressive rep another 10 – 15 min. He gets to me & he is an asshole. Never in my life have I interfered with a person like him. his name was Bryan too. When I got in the tow truck I was very frustrated and upset and I expressed that to the driver and I also explained how I feel like I shouldn’t pay the extra mileage that progressive isn’t covering. and he still tells me that I have to pay $ 14. So I told him I shouldn’t be paying I’m going to call progressive and complain and guess what he told me? To get out of his truck. He literally drove around the corner and told me to get out. I looked at him and said «really?» And he told me yeah… oh and here’s the catch. The next tow truck company gets here in like 10 minutes and tells me I wasn’t supposed to pay. He’s truly an asshole and I complained to progressive and the company so let’s see if the company calls back. Reason why I’m giving it a star is cause I can’t do a review without putting one in. Smh.

Great experience with this company! They were professional and knowledgeable and helped me in my time of need! The owner was especially interested in pleasing me… I guess that is why they are in the service industry for many years! Highly recommended company!

only saving grace, is that the clerk or administrator in office is very pleasant. But not enough to move past 1 star. (should be Negative stars)

Might as well take out a small loan, if you ever ever ever ever get your car towed from this place. But then again when has it been cheap to recover a vehicle that has been towed?
