Un Starbucks bien agréable super cosy en plein centre commercial de Potomac Mills. Qui permet en outré, comme je l’ai fait, de lire son journal — vendu par la chaîné — autour d’un café.
Ce n’est pas la tradition des cafés en terrasse parisiens, mais cela peut avoir son charme !
Le service est serviable et al qualité Starbucks toujours égale à elle-​même !

Ohhhhh STARbucks! How I love thee so!
GREAT customer service! The line was long but I didn’t mind! The cashier was being so nice and friendly with every guest that it made our wait that much better. She laughed and joked about something with everyone.
Did I mention I LOVE their Pumpkin Spice Latte??? :) and now you know!

Has indoor seating for about 30, but can’t tell when you walk by. Nice place to sit and wait for the shoppers in yoyr group. Standard Starbucks but early this morning it was quite dirty, I.e. lots of crumbs on tables and floor. It seems like they didn’t clean very well last night. Then again the dark tiles with all its chipping makes the floor seem dirty. Sanpellegrino wasn’t that good.

Very busy! Good service! The food is stored away, you have to order it. I didn’t realize that they had bagels and sandwiches etc. I’m used to it being on display etc. But I noticed the signs and ordered it. Lines are pretty long but the service is timely… Great for a mall Starbucks!

Don’t come late in the day. There’s extremely long lines to get coffee. Other than that they have lots of chairs and couches to sit in which are much more comfy than sitting on dining chairs which are wood.

I am grateful for this location. There is nothing more than I enjoy that picking up my caffeine fix to fuel my shopping trip.
Although at times the location can get extremely busy, I have never had any issues with service. Baristas have always been quick, courteous, and professional. There was even a time we were unaware of an ingredient in our drink, although stated, and they remade the drink w/​o the undesired ingredient without any fuss. Much appreciated.

If I see a bad review about a place where I have had a good experience I have to respond. Sure it is a Starbucks and they are all pretty much the same.
But the service was quick and courteous. By the time I finished paying my coffee was ready. The staff was polite and quick.

Like almost any other starbucks in VA, this one sucks the most. I had to return the coffee.
I requested my double expresso with 3 inch steam milk. And the guy said «oh so you want a latte!» I said «NO» so he walks away gives the cup to the bartista and she makes it. I tried to tell him but he just walked away. GREAT JOB GUY…
What I’m trying to say is that guys is a a$$hole who did not get my order right. And made the barista make me another.
When you go there make sure they get what you want. Not what they want… GOOD LUCK. and the outlet is awesome!
