The management and customer service at this shop are exemplary. My vehicle’s paint was slightly damaged due to wet weather conditions causing a slick bay-​floor, and a subsequent footing slip by a technician. The Manager, Anthony Dipietro quickly stepped up, took full ownership of the problem, and helped facilitate the repair effort of my vehicle while directly handling all costs –requiring virtually no extra effort on my part. The customer service I received deserves special recognition and accolades.

I would never recommend this place. I went here to get my oil change (synthetic) a few times and they told me to come back every 3,000 miles. I told the mechanic that my dealer told me to get my oil change every 5,000 miles but he tells me that my dealer has no clue what he is talking about. They kept charging me things I never consented. As I kept asking why they were charging me these things they said it’s because your car is getting old. My car was not even a year old from the dealership. I will not be coming back.

We do not take our vehicles anyplace else! Perfect, trustworthy customer service! Anthony helped us today and went above and beyond. Jonathan was friendly and went out of his way to help us. Everyone is always smiling and cheerful.

In looking for an alternative to Jiffy Lube, I found these folks. I took two cars there. Service was quick and much less expensive than Jiffy Lube. They allow you to remain in your car, which at first seems odd, but it lets you to monitor everything. I only gave them four stars, because they got the tire pressure wrong on one car, which is one of the problems I have regularly had with Jiffy Lube. This is one thing a mechanic should never get wrong, because it is printed on the door jamb, right in front of them.

I called the 1 – 800 number and they took good care of me. I will definitely go back now that I know that this was just an off experience. The big difference is that they actually took the time to reach out to me, listen and understand why I was not happy. Full redemption in my book.

I’ve always gotten great service from this location. Speedy, efficient, knowledgeable. Albeit they do somewhat hard-​sell other services when all you want is an oil change, but small price to pay for the quality of service. Just be aware to be sold a litany of services during your oil change. Unfortunately my lower riding sports car can not fit over their entrance lip. This may be noteworthy to those with sports cars or lowered cars. I was somewhat surprised given that I did not think my car was incredibly low (stock ride height) but the aftermarket exhaust did indeed sit too low to allow entrance into the port. However great service normally!

This place is very similar to Jiffy Lube as you pay extra because it is convenient. The customer service was excellent but I was shocked at the price-​$ 60 for synthetic oil. My regular mechanic charges about $ 25 less and includes new filters. They make multiple attempts to upsell but aren’t pushy about it. I am cheap so I would use them again if I didn’t have time to wait for my regular mechanic. Again, the customer service was excellent!

Wonderful customer service! Very kind and informative! Heather (I think) met me in the parking lot. She was so sweet and enthusiastic. She told me exactly what to do and was so cheerful in the process. Hector then explained to me which services were the best and talked me through the process. They were so kind and accommodating. I went to Midas before and no one was available to change my oil even though they were technically open. Valvoline will be my choice for oil changes from now own. Thanks!

I wouldn’t bring your car here. I had a bad experience with them overfilling my Cadillac with too much synthetic oil which was a cost of over $ 100. It is a shame I couldn’t get my money back or get my oil changed again. I am thankful that I had another issue so the mechanic at Lindsay discovered the problem. I drove to Valvoline twice (once against traffic and back again with traffic) on a Friday night and was told to come back the next morning to get the manager to look at it. What a waste of my time on a Friday evening. Anyone can see oil over the fill capacity line. Yes, I was on even pavement. Yes, I know the correct line to look at.
Poor HR doesn’t have a better system to take care of problems your store causes. No customer care to call and see what you can do to correct the problem. Customer Service here is the grade of «F».
3 cars with an oil change every 3 months, along with transmission fluid changes, bulb changes, and the list goes on… Loss of my business.
If you do the math correctly, correcting a serious problem such as overfilling oil is definitely less money over the life of 3 cars.

I’ve never ever experienced a more professional and welcoming service station. I went here on a Monday for an oil change. They seem to be focused on fast service, so during the oil change I was able to stay inside of my vehicle. I think this added a more personable environment, and allowed the technician to talk to me and show me what was happening with my vehicle. At that time, I was told that there were a few items that needed to be improved to get my car running well, and to prepare for the colder weather. I returned on a Saturday morning, and was again treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I never got the feeling they were trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. The manager, Tony, is also very nice and really interacts with the rest of the staff in a very positive way. I will definitely return here, and recommend this place to any woman that goes to service her car alone.

I have been here twice, and both times received excellent customer service. The mechanics explained things thoroughly without being at all condescending. During my most recent visit, there was several people ahead of me and thus a little bit of a wait. The manager was very apologetic, but I did not mind.

I was very impressed with this place. I usually take my car to the dealership but we have done some traveling and knew it was beyond time for a oil change. After calling several area dealers, I got annoyed with the level of customer service and the fact I could not get in until next week for a simple oil change. I called around and consulted Google. I found this place and was skeptical at first but I was so surprised. They were nice, professional, thorough, and quick. And did I mention it’s a drive in. No annoying waiting areas and you get to see what’s going on with your car. No sneaky sales pitch about this or that, just in and out. I am never going to the dealer again for an oil change. And it was only 20 bucks with a coupon. These guys are great. only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was new guy filled me with the wrong type oil. but they caught the error and fixed it right away. And I was right there as a witness, which I think is great. No hidden costly mistakes here.

I love the fact that i can chill in my car while they service it. One thing I hate about taking my car to get a simple oil change is that it can turn into «you also need a this, that, and the other… and oh yea. this too.» I have been to places where the mechanic simply won’t take «Not today» for an answer. These guys are quick, professional, and are not pushy. The prices are reasonable and they offer a 10% off military discount. Give them a try!

Took my 2 cars there today and was very happy! Extremely friendly and professional. They sure did take good care of my 2012 Ram and 2014 Chrysler 300S ! Took it in early in the morning and had zero issues with a wait. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely will take my cars there from now on!

Jimmy and his crew really did a great job changing my oil. It was fast, professional, and informative.
Jimmy was very knowledgeable about my upcoming problems I would face with my car. He wasn’t pushy with his mandatory sales pitch requirements which made the whole experience very calm and soothing. I’ve been to other drive in oil changes where I felt very uncomfortable because of the high pressure sales tactics. Jimmy went through different sales training. He understands that when someone goes in for an oil change they’re not ready to spend $ 200. He just gives you something to think about for your next visit.
The verdict: Jimmy and his crew have restored the drive through oil change’s good name and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.
TIP: There’s always a Groupon! I’ve used it for the past few times.

I am unabashedly mistrustful of auto mechanic type people. Unless my car is straight up broken, I’m not likely to just take their advice to flush this or that liquid, etc. I need to do my research.
I’m happy to report that I trust these guys. The staff is always so so friendly and they communicate everything to you! Also, my favorite, they don’t try to hassle you into a recommended service. Thank. Goodness. That IS MY number one turn off in sales. If I say no to a service they just accept my foolishness and move on.
I have been going here for… Probably three years, with the occasional dalliance in Alexandria, where I live. I have never had a bad experience here. I’ve never felt ripped off or cheated. The oil changes are speedy and, when I need other services, those are too. I’ve never had to wait to get in the door, either. That might be luck, I don’t know.
The guys at this Valvoline do a stand up job and I will continue to be a regular!

I’ve been coming to this location to get my oil changed for a couple years now. The service is always quick and dependable. The techs provide a current snapshot for my car’s service recommendations, but I never feel pressured.
I just had all four tires replaced (badly needed), and the price could not be beat. I’m not active duty or retired military, but the price would be even lower with military discount. Anthony (Tony) got me up and running again in half an hour. He and all the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and great at what they do.

This is the second time coming here to the Woodbridge location with a Groupon. The price with the Groupon is a good deal, but without one the price is a little high. Customer service is their best seller, in my opinion. The service staff is outstanding, humorous, very friendly, and trustworthy with their experience and skills. Unlike other quick lube shops this shop doesn’t pressure you to perform unnecessary repairs. I am definitely satisfied with their service and will be back.
