I’ll never come to this place again the man cut my finger while taking forever w the buffer and tried to over charge me for my acrylic fill then when I brought all of that to his attention he had an attitude and talked about me with his other coworkers they were all laughing at me in the salon. They’re crooks and I walked in at 4:30 it’s 6:06 and I’m still in here

First visit was good, thought I had found a salon closer to home but the last two visits made it clear I need to keep searching. I got a pedicure all three times and the last two times the lady made my toe bleed. Not sure what she’s doing!

This place is great, fresh fruit and wine. It’s a great place to pampered. The massage and facial is top notch.

I’ve been going to Vivian’s Salon for over 3 years now. This is because «V» is absolutely amazing! She is very meticulous when it comes to nails and provides great customer service! My gel manicures last up to 3 weeks! She is very popular so schedule an appointment with her in advance. You won’t be disappointed!

I also want to give kudos to V, not Vivian, just «V», she is the best, I’ve been going there for around 4 years now I would say and I don’t want to have anyone but V to touch my hands or toes, she is caring and focus at her job, if she ever leaves I’ll be crush, V don’t ever leave please!
I like the fact that she doesn’t waste much time chatting at all, very minimal and keep to herself most of the time, so it allows me to relax as that is the purpose of doing my mani/​pedis, I don’t want to be bother, so V is my girl to go to! Decent price too and of course, bring cash for tip!

This review is particularly for V, one of the nail technicians there. I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years only for her. Nobody ever touches my nails but V (not Vivian, Just V). Not only she is great with what she does, she is very professional. She usually keeps chitchatting with her co-​workers in their language at extremely minimal. She is never pushy for selling other than what I need which I love about her as well.
I don’t want more people coming to V but I think she well deserves it so… here I am!

V is no longer with this salon. She is now at T-​Nails located between TGI Fridays and Dollar Tree in Smoketown Stations Shopping Center (Phone: 703−492−0182).

It was a great in an out. From the second I walked in till when I left was fifteen minutes. I was a tiny bit disappointed in the roughness in my feet after. The chairs are really to sit in. They have so many different features.

Nice, clean environment, nail techs want to make sure you’re happy. The women in their do the best work. Don’t go to the guy in the first booth.

I’m not quite sure how to rate this place. I usually go with Nancy. She’s nice and I feel like she’s very careful with her work. Several other people on previous occasions pounced on me the minute I got through the door and tried to sell me the most expensive items they had on the menu, without answering my questions about how some of this stuff would affect my nails, etc. I didn’t like that much. In any case, I’ve found that even with acceptable service/​product/​results, the experience is usually very fast — which is not spa-​like. So, I’m not sure where the «Spa» part comes in, unless they are considering their vibrating chairs and extra lotions to cover that.

Great customer service, same prices as other salons in the area and the wait to get a pedicure was not long.

I’ve been here 3x to meet up with a friend that lives close by. It’s a basic salon and honestly, it’s great for the price and for a quick service. They do a good job with pedis that include: massage chair, soak, cutdown, cuticle grooming, buffing and shaving the bottoms, and nail polish. I’ve always had polite service here, too. Pedi: $ 22. Bring cash for tip.
They offer spa pedis for more but I’ve never had a spa pedi or mani here.

I’ve worked in Salons before so I know what’s acceptable and what’s not. This was my first time here and it was close to where I was running errands so I decided to give it a try. I showed up after work during the workweek, and the first thing I notice is a few staff members standing outside the front smoking a cigarette, which in my past work experiences is no-​no. I walk in, and a young man takes me right away, but I notice that I’m the only customer there. In addition, some of the other staff were sitting around chatting (another no-​no) and one staff member was even sitting in a pedicure chair with her bare feet in the tub with no water — gross. But the thing that I found ridiculous was that one of the staff had her kid there, and the kid was LOUD. Here I am trying to relax, and there’s this kid running around and playing «hide and go seek» with the other staff! Granted, the kid was cute, but it’s NOT a setting for a young child to be in! Also, the pedicure chairs are very wierd, they are not relaxing to sit in at all, I felt like I was being punched in the back.
The guy however did a great job with my pedicure and manicure, he was very meticulous and they look great. The price was good as well. But if you are looking to go and relax after a work day this isn’t the place.

I think on an off day. The prices are little higher that other places I think do a better job.
To start off, the pedicure probably lasted for 10 minutes, He did not massage my feet, just put the lotion and that’s it.
He did not do my eyebrows very well, I had to go home and take some left over hair. I payed 70 dollars and stayed there for probably 45 minutes.
If you want a quickie fix, this is the place.
If you want a more pampering session go somewhere else or pay big bucks. I pay less in other places and get way better service and more papering time
I will never go again.

This is definitely my happy place. My girl V (not to be confused with Vivian) is a godsend… She takes her time with every client, and is very attentive to your likes and dislikes; pays little mind to the chitchat that goes on around (I happen to love this). She does an excellent job every time, never had a complaint after almost a year.
There’s just one caveat: she is VERY busy!!! If you want a weekend appointment with her, make sure you call ahead, around Wednesday. Walk-​ins with V are nearly impossible. I once had to settle for the man who owns the place (He works at a rushed pace, and always tries to sell you other services — Annoying). V is flexible with accommodating you in her schedule though, even if it’s after closing time — she’s awesome like that.

Ok, let’s go with three and a half stars…
I popped in on my way home from work, having passed this place daily for several months– ISO a gel manicure. They were not busy (one of the nail techs was actually asleep in a pedi chair at the time) and I was taken to a station right away.
Experience: Having previous gel polish on my fingertips meant that I’d need to soak my nails in acetone and have the tech work away at it for a bit. Normally, not a painful experience or one that would damage your nails. I was disappointed that the tech placed the acetone in a bowl of scalding hot water and when I withdrew my fingertips repeatedly asking for cooler water, she questioned me (this is where the docking of stars occured). Finally I refused to put my fingers near the bowl until she changed the water temp (which she did).
Final Result: Lots of polish choices and the nude color I went with this time (so the grow out wouldn’t be as noticeable as my last choice of dark brown) looked great when done. It’s been a week and still in top shape.
Cost: The price for a gel manicure was $ 33, on target with what I’ve paid elsewhere.
Bottom line: Will probably return and give another service/​nail tech a try.

Avoid the male guy that works there though — he doesn’t do the best job, especially at pedicures — he tends to be glued to tv.
The other problem is they watch really zaney tv shows that arent really suitable for the clients.
Other than that I am a huge fan of this place.

I really love this place, they are quick to help you and it’s never super-​busy. The best pedicures I’ve ever gotten are from here, and they have great eyebrow waxing too. The only problem I have with them is that their eyebrow waxing service puts baby oil on to soothe your skin, but I only don’t like that because it doesn’t soothe it at all, and it clogs my pores.
Other than that, they are very efficient, the prices are reasonable and everyone there will give you what exactly what you want when you ask.
