Classic know it all and is the reason why talented older professionals fail in business today. Would not listen to me and take my «likes» or preference into account. His way or the highway, no really, he told me to leave because I changed my mind on the alterations after he wrote up my ticket. The younger girl there was so nice and polite, she shoud be the customer contact amd translate to him what the customer prefers. I knew him all of 30 secs and knew he would do good work but unfortunately not the lengths i wanted for my reasons. Sad because i just bought a home in town and not only had 100.00 worth of service for him but was looking for someone to take my 100.00 a months worth of business too. He just lost 1200.00 a year in 4 minutes. How many times can a business do that before it’s «oh years ago there was blank here on this street».

I always read reviews but never wrote one. But this experience has forced me to write this review. It might be removed before everyone sees it but I have to share our experience. We got VLadi s reference from someone from where we bought men’s suits. Went to this shop the guy is weird but seemed he knows his stuff so we have 3 suits for alteration. When we went to pick up all 3 suits were ruined. The sleeve of the jacket was a mismatch fitting weird and when we told him he started shouting. Saying my husband is not wearing his suit properly. Really!!! Accept your fault and stop being ride to people. We tried to be calm and told him 3 times you are being very rude but he didn’t get it. It was not at all a good experience. Don’t go by the look of the shop and his experience. This person doesn’t know how to talk to people.

While I agree that the service, well, is a bit on the harsh side, the owner of this shop, Vladi, is the best tailor in the area and I wouldn’t take my clothes for any alteration to anywhere else.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Do not be fooled, the name of the shop is absolutely not professional at all. When I called the shop to ask for directions, I immediately knew customer service was limited. The man speaks in a harsh manner, impatient, and totally unprofessional. If I had the option, I wouldn’t give him one single star for his business. I was COMPELLED to take my dress from the shop the same day I dropped it off, for he gave me a lousy excuse that he was busy, and that the dress would not be ready by the specified date even thought we both agreed on a specific date.

I am sorry to say that the owner who is an old man has a foul mouth. Whenever I go there he speaks with a sarcasm or treats us like a piece of garbage. He is a good tailor and dry cleaner but not so good with words. I am sure there will be lot of customers who doesnt like him. I think he is a racist because I am non white. Anyway i found a very good dry cleaner Intracaso in Avenel St. The owner is very pleasant.

Do not call them they are rude and barely speak English. Called to see if they can put a lining into a swimsuit and he YELLED we do not do this NO! And hung up on me. I had more than a swimsuit for them to tailor. Several vintage dresses and more. They lost out. Go somewhere else. If there was an option for no stars they would have that.
