Okay, I will have to honestly say, I may have to take partial blame for this mix up… I ordered a number six combo meal and they sure gave me a number one. Had I looked on the receipt I would have caught the error before I got back to the office; since time was not on my side I failed. ‘m really confused though, how does one interpret a six for a one? Okay let’s say it «six», «one» nope I don’t get it. Sounds completely different. So I’ll have to give you guys one star for the growling sound effects my belly is now making!

Service was quick and kind for such a late time in the night, and food was warm and satisfying. I was also offered the opportunity to donate a dollar to a children’s hospital in exchange for a key card for free junior frosties, albeit in states I am never in, but it’s still appreciated! We had the chilli, the spicy chicken nuggets, the chocolate frostie, and the cheeseburger. I left with a happy belly on to continue my road trip.

2nd time here. First time I went through the drive-thru and used the 15% off discount. Forgot about it the 2nd time around. :/Everything is good here, except for one small turned to big issue. They don’t have the soda machine in the lobby area; ok, no biggie. But I went to ask for a refill and they guy HAD to give me a new cup? He couldn’t refill my drink using my original cup. .. .. C’mon Wendy’s! Save yourself a few thousand dollars each year.

I love Wendy’s however today was a sad day. After seeing that this location was open at 7am I went in at 9am with my wife to get food. After already standing at the counter for five minutes with no help the employee finally came to the register and informed us that even though they had been open for two hours already that they had no food or drinks. How does this happen? Where is the fault? Who is getting fired? Fix yourself Wendy’s. That’s why you’re losing to McDonald’s. It’s all good though because we went and got Chik-fil-a instead and it was so much better.

The customer service is why I give this location two stars, otherwise I’d only give them one. The customer service here is decent. The food I get from here always has something wrong with it. On multiple occasions my food has been cold. Once my chicken sandwich was so rubbery and hard that I couldn’t even eat it.

great I guess they must have re staffed since some of these other reviews or the reviews are expecting a little to much from a fast food chain. I mean come on you get what you pay for. That’s why my rating is what it is. Food was all good. All employees were smiling. Good job Crew.

I know I should have checked the bags. But I didn’t. Ended up with less than half of what I ordered… and I had hungry kids waiting at my parents house waiting for me to deliver. How hard could this really be to take an order. Maybe because they really don’t speak English well… which I would guess is a major requirement for the job. The food that I did get was cold anyway. This is not a good Wendy’s to go to.
