Piper’s Jewelry

I was excited to stop in and try a couple of engagement rings on and get some advice from nice friendly owners. From the previous review I was expecting a warm friendly atmosphere, superb customer service and an actual connection with a jeweler.
Unfortunately that was not the case, upon walking in we started looking at cases, no hello, how are you, how many we help you, nothing. Instead my fiancé said hello. He’s a nice guy. I finally had to ask, engagement rings, wedding bands? The gentleman walked over to the case and said nothing. I asked if he had cushion cut, no. He asked what kind of style I was looking for. First question he asked and only. I said halo, and I was interested in trying some on to see how they fix. Over all he was not welcoming, no advice, or anything which was the opposite of what was stated in the previous review.
I really wanted to love this place because it wasn’t a chain jeweler but because of his lack of being a friendly business owner I would never walk in this store again. I’ll be advising all to stay away from this establishment.

Charlie and Becky Piper are about as good of people as you will find. Charlie’s attention to detail and his honesty is unlike any other. I have purchased a few things from them and they are all my wife’s favorites. Finding a jeweler who cares more about customer satisfaction than the money in your wallet is very refreshing. I have referred many people to the family run store and ALL have been thrilled with their final product…
