From 2008 to 2012 I closed many transactions with Artemisa throughout the twin cities. Some of our transactions were short sales and foreclosures. Anytime you have a distressed situation there are extra moving parts that are difficult to mitigate including alot of emotion with the parties involved. She is very responsive with phone calls and emails, always had her clients interests at heart, and overall did an excellent job with marketing and negotiations.
