Nice selection of items to choose from and very friendly staff. They also offer some great deals in their weekly flyer, so you can’t beat that. I’ve been here a handful of times and always receive friendly service.

I’m surprised by the bad reviews. This place is wonderful and I appluad them for hosting a Halloween Trick or Treating event for all of the parents, kids and hordes of trick or treaters marching through their store on a Saturday. The bakery department is mouth watering. Lots and lots of wonderful looking desserts, pastries etc. My friend told me be sure and try one of their donuts. I will be back for sure to try one. I would have, but the line was too long and didn’t want to get out of the trick or treat line. I felt bad for the regular shoppers trying to maneuver around us. Clean and lots of room to move around and admire their selection of merchandise. There was a pop display arranged into a happy face. Halloween Treats included: Candy Sugar Cookies Chip clips Fruit Chips Recyclable bag etc. Really nice of them to throw this for the kids and parents. Thank you! If it were not so far, I would shop here versus my Super Target who is constanly out of everything.

Gave this new beautiful store another chance and again it failed. They have«kids» running the store during a busy after work time who are more interested in standing around talking with one another than helping a customer!

Large, nice, clean — visually attractive store. They have nice selection and a meat counter –the bakery products looked gorgeous and delicious. Prices seem to be a little less than Byerly’s and Kowalskis… so that is a win… a step up from CUB… I would shop here frequently if it were in my hood.

It seems that this store is disorganized and the associates seem not to give a damn. We purchased groceries the other day including two packages of chicken. The cashier asked if we wanted them in a plastic bag and we said yes. Somehow that bag disappeared. We went back to get our replacement chicken and no concern about the incident. Also, their produce is worse than Cubs. Bad items like tomatoes are bruised and put out. It looks like we write off Jerry’s and go back to byerlys and kowakski’s.

Jerry’s is right next door almost, which is great. Their bakery is awesome. Whenever I go there, I am always greeted right away and asked if I need any help. And their cupcakes are yummy, especially the Oreo cookie cupcake. I give the bakery a 4 out of 5 stars. Now onto the not so good stuff. The service at the deli and hot food spot is not good. When I get to the deli, I am kept waiting. No one greets me or even says I’ll be with you in a moment. First time I go to the deli, I ordered their party pasta, which is good. I waited 4 minutes before the associate said anything. I order, pay, get to the car and looked over my receipt, I got charged $ 12.86 for some cheese I did not buy. I look over my groceries and find that my party pasta got labeled with the cheese label. Had to go back in and get that fixed. My pasta should have only 5 bucks or so. The longest I waited at the deli was yesterday, 10 minutes and there were two associates slicing cheese. I know they saw me too. There was no one ahead of me, no one waiting. And another associate came out of the back room to talked to them saw me and did not acknowledge me. They could have at least said hi we will be with you in a moment, But got nothing. Today after work, I take out the pepperoni, I find that the one who sliced the meat for me left the plastic casing on the pepperoni. So I have a pound of pepperoni slices with the wrap on gross. What if I made pizza, I would have had plastic all over it. What if the kids at it. Eww. Will now have to go back tomorrow and return this, if they are open as it’s the 4th of July. I ordered the 2 piece chicken meal, which has a wing and a breast. I got a wing and a thigh… I didn’t noticed this until after I got home and ate the wing already. Fine. I was hungry and I still got 2 pieces. Jerry’s need to retrain their associates on customer service. I will go back once in a while now but only if I have too. I will make the longer trip to go to Kowalski or Byerly’s. They are no longer worth my time or money.
