My husband and I had to move out of our apartment asap, I chose Red Roof Inn in Woodbury because of price(we where going to be there for a lil bit) at first it seemed to be okay rooms where outdated but clean. Turned out the place was horrible. Wifi, t.v. Coffee maker didn’t work or worked sub parr. We tried to talk to the manager but to no avail. Basically told tough luck! Both ice machines where out. Had to wash our own sheets and towels. But the most disgusting thing they did was a day after check out they charged our card for almost $ 600. This is after we received a bill, showing a zero balance. P. S. I cleaned the room like I was getting a deposit back,(like when you move out of an apartment) We have cases open with Red Roof headquarters and our card company.

I booked online. Upon arrival, room was not ready. They told me it would be a few minutes(at 1:15 am). I told them that didn’t work for me. He offered a lesser room, but then told me he couldn’t discount it. This is the reason I haven’t stayed at this hotel in 8 years. Same issue!!! So then miraculously, we get the cheaper room rate. Upon arriving in our room, the beds are questionably made. There is one dirty hand towel and a used soap at the sink. Super job Red Roof!!! I don’t frequent your franchise and won’t do it again for a while.
