I was actually in town visiting family (I live in Albuquerque, NM) when I came across a color I’ve been searching for. Thing is, it was a flower. Go figure, right? I’ve attempted the ABQ location and the staff there is seriously lacking in customer service, but I figured I’d give these guys a shot since I was *really* wanting the color matched from this particular flower. I pop in and I’m immediately greeted by Skye, who takes on the challenge of finding this coveted color. We look over the various colors, comparing things since the petals went from fuchsia to a deep purple… once we finally found the right combo, she whipped up some samples and I was all set to go. Very professional and knowledgeable gal who took her time to steer me in the right direction. she even loaded my info in the system so when I get back to ABQ and attempt their location there, my colors are already on file. It’s refreshing to actually get great customer service! I highly recommend this location whenever you’re on the hunt for the perfect color :)
