InTrack Tires

Came here based on the reviews and they did not disappoint in terms of the wheel alignment I needed. What I liked best about this shop is that you can wait in the garage itself while they are working on your vehicle. It’s nice to be able to see what they’re doing to your car instead of having to be off in a waiting area. I get that sometimes it’s a safety issue but I’m the type of person that likes to witness first hand so I feel confident I’m getting what I’m paying for. Very fair pricing (but note it’s cash only) and they are honest and respectful to the customer.
One other huge plus is that they will point out some other potential issues they may see but won’t pressure or upsell you at all. Protip: Call in advance, get a quote and arrive around the recommended time and they’ll get you in and out in no time. This is an overall well run shop that will definitely be on my short-​list of go-​to mechanics.

The best in the business. You want good tires, good wheel alignment or wheel repair and want it done right the first time? Then these are the guys you go to.

Now, if you’re like me and has to have it done right the first time no matter how much needs to be spent. Than you need to take your WHIP to these brothers! They took care of my 2015 BMW 750LI and my 2016 VW GTI .They got my BMW winter rims powered coated Black put on DUNLOP winter tires mounted speed balanced for a steal. Mounted a new set of tires on my GTI all ”professionally’ ‘done! My wife scraped the front right rim really bad !! I just bought her the car 3 weeks old. Bought it to these brothers and they took care of it. Everyone at the shop is on there game. Clean and very RESPECTFUL. «Big SHOUT OUT to In Track Tires»!! «OH, by the way they are really careful with the cars/​rims!!!

Smacked a curb with my two week old wheel and these guys came through with a near flawless repair. True professionals !!

When it comes to service, a high level of expertise and professionalism the crew at InTrack is easily the best in town! My car had just undergone a great deal of work at a body shop out of town and part of that work was refinishing my wheels. I came to realize that none of my wheels were properly reassembled as the bolts were not torqued to spec and the sealant was not applied properly. The guys at InTrack moved multiple cars into compromising position in the shop just to make sure my wheels could be taken care of. If you’re in a bind and need a trustworthy wheel and tire shop to take care of you, don’t look anywhere but InTrack Tires.

If you are an auto enthusiast like me, this is the place to go. I bought some tires online and needed to install them by a knowledgeable shop. They have Hunter equipment, which they used to road force balance my tires while being very careful with my rims. They then mounted the tires on my car with a torque wrench and wiped my rims off of any excessive glue.
They get one star off for using an impact wrench lightly right before using the torque wrench, unless they know something I don’t (for example it is running at a much lower pressure for tightening). But at the same time this is the first shop I’ve been to that even used a torque wrench to tighten the the wheels the way it supposed to be! After I payed them and was on my way home, I realized they did not furnish a receipt which made me a little annoyed.
I came here based on the other reviewers, and pretty much InTrack more than lived up to my expectations. By the way, I drove all the way from Long Island just for this spot.

Intrack tire does impressive work. I was happy to do business with them. They had my wheels ready within the time specified and my overall impression is that they stand behind their work. Honest shop, thank you very much for the great experience.

This place is the BEST at what they do. Would never take my car anywhere else for any kind of wheel repair.

I drive 20 miles from long island to Intrack whenever i need tires mounted & balanced. They take great care of the customers wheels and are very careful. Also have used them for curb rash and bent wheel repair along with powder coating great work and great prices. Jason & Vern know how to take care of the customers.

This tire shop has definitely helped their customers. Always fast with service and the prices are great. All different types of cars come here and not one customer leaves here dissatisfied. The owner Vern is a people’s person and is willing to do whatever he can to make his customer happy. They have state of the art equipment which tells a lot from a tire shop. They invested for their investment. Keep up the good work guys!

Got tires changed on my Acura and they did a great job! Although they were extremely busy they took the time needed on finishing the tires and alignment and didn’t rush. Reasonably priced and Eddie was very patient with all the questions I was asking. Great customer service — would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for reliability. Job well done! Would definitely come here again.

For the anal retentive automotive enthusiast, such as myself. This place is AMAZING! Jason and crew are outstanding! Really nice people that take their time and do quality work, paying attention to every detail and taking every precaution not to harm your vehicle or wheels. They consider everyone, from the ordinary driver to the tuner who’s car is an inch from the ground. For example, they have special ramp extensions for lowered car, padding on all the jack handles, plastic fittings for the tire installation /​removal machine, and alignment devices that clamp onto the tire, NOT your pristine wheel lip. Every consideration is taken!
Also the Hunter Engineering equipment they’re using is top of the line precision technology. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

I had a gouge in my tire over the weekend and a whole mess of dry rot on my back tires. I gave these guys a call to see what they had on hand to replace them. Since my car has a weird size tire, they lent me a tire for the gouge and offered me a deal on a pair of new tires that they’d have delivered by Monday. I came back tonight to get my tires changed and it only took about a half an hour. The guys are helpful and very hospitable. Set me up with a chair until the job was done and let me get my nerd on and study in the garage. Only thing I found strange was that they put my brand new tires on the back instead of rotating them and put them on the front, so now I’m going to have to go and get them rotated. I would have stayed to have it done right, but I had to get to class.
Great, quick service otherwise and affordable prices.

Outstanding service. Open late I was in a jam tire almost flat with 1 hour drive home I called and they gave me directions and I was in and out in under 10 min

Kept looking for a good and honest place to get my tire fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. Luckily found this place on Unilocal and like the reviews show, this place is honest and great. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a tire plug.

Fast. Great service!!! Fixed the bent in our rim free of charge. Made the ordeal of getting a flat, into a breeze.

This shop has recently moved to new, bigger, better location. They are now really full service, they are no longer jacking up your car streetside, they now have a drive in location, so rain or shine, no problem. They still offer rim repair and custom powdercoating services at great prices.
I will never go to another tire shop again… this is it for me. You can almost miss the place if you’re driving too fast, they are next door to the fire station in the attached brick building.
I feel like a VIP every time I go there, they treat customers with respect and courtesy, and they work with you to get the job done right!

Aftermath of Hurricane Sandy left me with a flat tire so I decided it was time to get all four tires changed. I called around to different locations and decided to come here because they were open late. (They close at 10pm). I am so glad I came! They were super nice and super quick. They changed all 4 tires in a blink of an eye. They even added in extras like fixing my rims and adding bolts that were missing free of charge. They didn’t even charge for tire disposal. I highly recommend this place especially if you are a female. I felt very comfortable. They were genuine and honest.
**They are located between 101^st and 102^st on Jamaica Ave right next to the Fire House** I had a little trouble locating the place so I hope this helps others.
