Never been treated with such disrespect. I had a problem with a repair they did, which was not to my satisfaction. While trying to get an answer as to why they didn’t do a proper diagnosis and as to why my equipment is not working properly. I was asked to leave and was told they did not want to do business with me any longer. They did a incomplete inspection of my machine and I tried to get them to follow up with more service, that I was willing to pay for. Their answer was «We are not interested in your business, You can leave.» I still don’t understand why

My husband takes his lawnmower and snow throwers here and I have no idea why. They have kept his lawnmower and snow thrower so long! They order wrong parts all the time. We just got a BRAND NEW snow thrower and it broke down, and they ordered the wrong fan belt??? A fan belt should be in stock for a place like this. AND ITS A BLIZZARD out there and they still have it. Maybe we can have it back by spring so it take look nice sitting in the shed! I truly HATE this place!!! BTW: we had to buy back up lawn mowers and snow throwers because we know how long it takes to get them back. I hate looking a their ad that says «FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE» PARTS CAN BE IN STOCK AND FIXED SAME DAY’ Nope. Never. You guys SUCK!!!

same prices as the big chain stores but with amazing customer service. The salesman showed me proper operation of the lawnmower I was buying and even put gas and oil in it for me.
I went back and got a leaf blower and received the same great service with the salesman topping off all the fluids and even starting the blower in the showroom to make sure it ran and to show me how to properly operate it.
If your like me and are sick of going to the big chain stores to be sold products by people who know nothing about them check this place out, you will be a customer for life.
