My step-​mom dropped off our shiba inu, Tyson to get a bath and nail trimming. She even refused their offer to trim him around the ears. When she came back to pick him up, it was a sight of horror to see his beautiful thick winter coat completely shaven! How can you F up a bath and nail trim and instead shave a shiba in the middle of winter??? When she refused to pay them for their $hitty job, they have the audacity to threaten to call the cops. Save your money and look elsewhere for grooming if you love your pets. Hope no other dogs will have to freeze this winter because their stupidity and ineptitude.
