History

Established in 2002.

In 2002 Derrin Watson started his own company called Premier Home Repairs with Ryan Swan. Their original business plan was to work with roofing companies in the area as their gutter and small carpentry division. This plan worked better than expected and soon they were working for many of the most recognized roofing companies in the Puget Sound and Greater Seattle area.

Today Premier Home Repairs is a full blown home service company located in Bellevue and Woodinville, WA. They specialize in gutters but still do many home projects and upgrades such as decks, fences, dormers, rot repair, siding, etc.

Meet the Business Owner

Derrin W.

Business Owner

Derrin was born and raised right here in Kirkland, WA. He has always worked locally in the community. Even as a young kid and man he maintained his local ties by developing deep relationships that would help his company become a mainstay in our economy.

As an early adult he worked in many home service-​type jobs including a landscaping and hardware company in Bellevue for many years.

He then joined, and later managed, the office of a prominent construction company specializing in roof cleaning, roof maintenance, general construction, and gutters for 10 years.

His original responsibilities, at that time, were to manage the office. Soon he managed the entire company.

On a personal level Derrin is married and has lived in Bellevue since 2001. He likes snowmobiling, motorcycles, and camping.
