Specialties

For over 20 years, Rosa Mundi’s has been a destination for those seeking beautiful antiques and unique home décor. We have what you love best — from French linens to mahogany chests.

In fact, we believe that creating warm and welcoming interiors is «in the mix», and our expertise is in blending the old with the new, the traditional with the modern, and the surprise with the expected.

Our showroom reflects our passion with inspirational room settings and features a comfortable, accessible studio with the best selections in furniture, fabric, wall coverings, lighting, and more.

History

Established in 1990.

Rosa Mundi’s was founded in 1990 by Lisa Purdy. Lisa has developed an expertise in American and European antique furniture and is well respected as an authority in this area. In addition, her flair for design has attracted customers throughout the Northwest and beyond.

The main store was located in Edmonds, Washington since 1994. The 4000 square foot location allowed the company to showcase beautiful, hard to find traditional furniture and accessories designed for gracious living. For 16 years Rosa Mundi’s had been the premier destination for formal mahogany, walnut, cherry and rosewood furniture for 1840 — 1930. The Edmonds store closed in 2008.

In 2005, Rosa Mundi’s opened a second location in the tourist area of Woodinville. Lisa expanded her offerings to include new custom upholstery pieces, lighting, accessories, fabrics and interior design to supplement its mix of old and new — thus giving customers a one-stop shopping experience for the home.
