Not only did they not carry Marlboro Red 83’s, the cashier was rude and couldn’t crack a smile. He made his country look bad. I told him all of the above and finally he gave me the courtesy of speaking. No thank you for my purchases. I speak to everyone, this is why so many people have a predisposition of these guys from«other» specific countries. I left with a smile and told him he needs to learn to be nice to people. Unfortunately it was meaningless. Otherwise it was a 7⁄11 store with 2 homeless guys sitting on either side of the front door, and an unfriendly cashier that needed a bath. Will I go again? Yes, I am in a local hotel and this is the closest store around. If I had a chiice I wouldn’t go back. Sad.

Let me start off by saying avoid! The worst 7 eleven ever! Very unsanitary, and the the employees are very RUDE! CUSTOMERSERVICESUCKS! The only good thing about this 7 eleven is that it is never packed, not even on free slurpee day! THEREFORE, YOUKNOWSOMETHINGISWRONGWITHTHISLOCATION! They are always out of product and have none to restock! Whomever manages the inventory and ordering for this location does a terrible job! As far as the staff, they are rude! Compared to all the 7 elevens in the area, I will not go to this particular one for this and many other reasons. I rather drive further than go here! The sad part is this location is not even a minute from my house. As far as this location being unsanitary, I have witnessed them handling the pizza with the SAMEGLOVES they OPEN and CLOSE the GARBAGECAN with. I have also witnessed one of the guys drop a whole bunch of coffee cups ONTHEFLOOR and then RESTOCK them for customers to use!!! I had to ask him if he really was going to restock those?! He IGNORED my question! Again as I said before, RUDE employees! That’s so unsanitary for you to drop something on the floor and then restock it especially if it’s not packaged! You are suppose to throw them away! I stopped eating from here because of these things are only what I have seen, I can only imagine the things they have done that I have not seen! The pizza is always Burnt and they always stop serving pizza early and cut off their oven very EARLY and I know that’s not right because I have been to other 7 elevens and their pizza oven stays on later! They are also always always always always out of donuts! And if they do have them they are stale! Avoid this location, I do and again I rather drive a little further than go to a location that is so close to my home, that tells you something! AVOID

OK this place sucks for the staff they have. I went in today to use the free coffee offer that 7 eleven has until Oct 18 and when they scanned the barcode on my app somehow they just couldn’t scan the barcode and their staff started questioning if I have used a fake app and it was literally being shouted at early in the morning on coffee. I had to explain to them that well its not my problem if your app isn’t working as its supposed to be. I had a couple of their employees behave as if I had gestured to have their liver or kidney. They shouted at me for their app not working. Either they should have their app working bug free or stop giving free stuff’s. The same store has always been notorious for the way employees behave Avoid. Avoid… Avoid. I do agree the store has real good coffee and I do not have any complaints regarding the store but the employees are definitely a reason for the turn down

Always come here, almost daily. And many of the employees are rude and don’t know how to have basic conversations with customers. Learn how to have basic personal interactions before trying to make a living off of customer service. We also come everyday and purchase the same cigarettes and still they don’t know who we are or what cigarettes we purchase, due to their lack of interpersonal skills. They also turn off the ovens frequently at inconvenient times when they are a 24 hour operating store. They turn them off at peak hours and make us stand around for 30 minutes or more for food. Go to another location if you can.

Bought plenty of 18 and 24 packs here. If you’re coming north on Topanga Cyn you could be waiting for awhile in the no-signal left turn lane during busy times(which seems to be a lot in 2014 – 15 with the new mall construction) so you might be better off turning left on Oxnard, right on Nevada and then right on Calvert to get to it from«the back way.» During evening rush the spots in front and along the side are sometimes all filled.

I always go to this location and their coffee is amazing. Always have different flavors ready to get your morning started the right way. The staff is one of the best and nicest I’ve met at 711 locations. They always greet with a smile and a «Hello, how’s your day».

Came here on Free Slurpee Day expecting a crowd and a very impatient staff. Turns out it was the opposite. There wasn’t too many people there and the staff was a happy as a kid on Christmas. It was a wonderful experience. I might even say one of the best 7 – 11 experiences I’ve ever had.

The staff is always amazing at this particular location. They always make me laugh with the little comments they make about what I buy: One time I walked out with a case of Redbull and Monster for my kids, and the clerk goes: «Oh, looks like someone is gonna be active tonight!!!» Made me laugh: D

Mixed feelings about this location. I mean they have everything 7-Eleven locations are suppose to have so expect that. The bad is stories i’ve heard of them hitting on women shopping alone. Kind of creepy. The good is the stories i’ve seen with them donating food or drinks to the homeless and desperate. So mixed feelings about this location. Gets the job done though.

An Actual Transcript of My Visit to this 7-Eleven, Plus the Aftermath: Cashier dude:(mumbles total price of the insane amount of condoms and Slurpee I am purchasing; I do not hear, nor do I really care, because this transaction is going on a credit card.) Me:(hands over card) Dude:(swipes card. A beat.) This isn’t going through. Do you have another card? Me: A-yup.(Hands over a different card; assumes that I just didn’t pay the first card’s bill on time or something. I sign the receipt, take my copy, grab the bag full of condoms and my Slurpee, and mosey on out.) Not too unpleasant, right? Especially given how realistic the idea of me not paying my credit card bill is. Until, that is, two weeks later, when I find out via statement that the first card(the one that was rejected, that I did not sign for) went through, meaning that I was charged twice, each time on a different card, for a slew of prophylactic and name-brand iced beverages I received only once. No bueno. Now, until I get a large bag of condoms and forty one ounces of free Slurpee – I’d also accept payment in the form of several gift cards of increasingly large denominations, if that is how 7-Eleven prefers to roll – this location gets one star.

As I started my busy Sunday, I lowered my expectation for a prefect latte, so I took our little Bullshit for a walk(he is mix of Bulldog and Shitsu), very cute. to 7 – 11 to get some coffee.. Weather is so nice before jumping to high around 108 today. This 7 – 11 have Zigillion coffee, French, Colombian, Brazilian, Hawaii, etc, and coffee mix all you want. So, I got a 24 oz Brazilian wit hazelnut cream. Coffee is good and always brewed fresh This place is a hidden convenient store. Aloha 7 – 11 and«HELLO».

Arggghhh… this is a toss-up. I’d really prefer to give them 3.5 stars, rather than 4. The *only* reason these guys are getting 4 stars is that this 7 – 11 location is only a quarter of a mile away from our home. The parking lot sucks. It’s like a roach motel… You can come in, but you can’t get out. I can’t even begin to explain how bad the parking lot is designed simply with words, but suffice it to say unless you get the one of six good parking spots, you’ll have a bitch of a time find your way out. As for the store itself, … mmmm… yeah, that’s about it. It’s got your standard line of sodas, beers, ice and smokes. Really, you only want to come here if you need to pick something up you know they have and don’t feel like fighting the crowds at a grocery store nearby.
