I have to say, I was not happy with how many red flags went up when I went to look for a car here. My fiancé and I went with the sole intention to look at a Chrysler they had posted on their website. At the meeting to fill out financing paper work, they asked me if I could fudge the dates I had for places I had worked. I had just started at a new job and that shows some instability on my end. Of course, I said no. I should have run right then and there.
I wanted to test drive the car we were looking at. Didn’t get to that day, but I told them I’d like to when I came in the next day, when my financing options would be available.
So my fiancé was not into the deal at this point because they told me I had to sign for it alone to get decent APR. He had no credit. But the whole point was for me to co-​sign and get him car payments to start building credit. I head over after work for the time we agreed we’d meet and I was in for quite a surprise!
My credit score, which was alright the day before, was suddenly deemed utter crap. The interest rate they got me was good for what I had. Okay. I’m getting more of the flight notion, now. I’m realizing I walked into a shabby dealership.
Suddenly, in the middle of a semi-​heated back and forth about how I’m not interested in their services, the overbearing salesman pipes up.
«Do you know what car I got you into?»
Um. The one I wanted?
No. Oh no. He pointed to a black BMW, which, I will say LOOKED alright. (More on that soon!)
Funny. I told them I wanted the Chrysler. It was as if the Chrysler no longer existed, despite me seeing it on the lot as I walked in. Finally, I’m able to wheedle my way out of a conversation that actually left me, Miss Motor Mouth, speechless.
For funsies, I went online to look at the CarFax reports they put up. I BEG OF YOU. Look at the CarFax! The BMW they tried setting me up with? From the East coast. In two accidents. One with a tree, another with another car. Several others we looked at were far worse. Only a few were clean… Although who knows, since I’ve seen reviews on here speaking of lemons.
The best part of this tale is how they kept calling my fiancé and I even after we told them we weren’t interested. They were trying to be very pushy about us getting that BMW! The one we didn’t want!
All in all, I would avoid this place. We ended up going to Northridge Toyota and got a better car than we were planning on at a decent interest rate and my fiancé was able to have his name on it, so he’s now building credit!

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They sold a lemon to my college age son. He wanted to buy a car on his own and they took his money $ 9000! and the car is a total loss not even 6 months later. When he called them they informed him he has no warranty, and also refused to give copies of his signed paperwork (illegal) and offered no help in resolving his issue. Taking advantage of a young first time car buyer, no moral ethics what so ever. Let’s see how they feel about the law coming their way.

Checked out the website today for the 1978 Civic with 60k miles. $ 12,000 cash !!!
All I can say is wow, the car must be made of gold for that price.

First of all, let me say that embedded in this ‘review’ is a part of me that is SO angry at myself for neglecting all the signs that I should run, run far away from these shysters. I own that. I am to blame for helping to keep dishonest folks like these guys in business. From the 3-​card monty of changing prices, terms and denial to the last-​minute disclosure of the salvage title and lack of follow-​through on post-​sale promises. Sign here. I should have walked, I should have walked.

BAD BUSINESS. THE CARS LOOK GREAT, BUT THEY WILL BREAK DOWN SOON AFTER. RIP OFF.
Im writing this so you don’t get ripped off, not out of spite. These guys are the most dishonest salesmen I have come across. I visited this dealership to test drive a car and liked it, so I came back 2 weeks later with intention of buying and they tried to charge me $ 1,000 more than what he said last time. Which was double the car’s value already. When I asked why it was more expensive than last time he made all sorts of excuses like «it was never that price» and «I dont remember» and «we are in the business to make money.» And then another guy came in while we were talking saying how he was pissed off that he had an appointment with another salesman who wasn’t there and that his car had all sorts of problems only after a month of buying it. That was the last red flag so I walked out on it. Israel was so impolite and unwilling to work with me. Don’t fall for it.

You always get worried about the high pressure tactics salesmen can use… Here’s where I saw it most. My car ended up breaking down 3 weeks after I bought it, and the warranty they sold me turned out to be full of loop holes. While i love my car, it has spent 8 of the last 11 weeks of ownership in the shop. The dealership was less than helpful while dealing with everything. I will not ever be returning to Auto Net nor do i recommend anyone else. Go to another dealer that will stand behind their cars.

Let me first off say a big big thank you to David & Israel! They were very attentive, honest, and nice. David helped me purchase my 2009 Toyota Prius. I am very satisfied with the service. They met with exactly how much I want to spend a month. They did not hassle me at all. These guys deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them! They won’t waste your time either.

They were very up front and helped me get into the car. I really appreciate what they did and how fast they were able to do it. Plus my payments are really great! Kevin was the guy who helped me initially & Israel made sure I got financed.

We found a used Prius for under 100k miles & under 10k price on their website. We called first, mostly because I have a previous repo on my credit (2 years old) and my husband’s credit hasn’t been established for long. Plus, we live an hour away, and had worked a 12 hour shift the night before. Danny took our call, and told us to hurry on out, it wouldn’t be a problem.
Since we’d financed a car for almost a year prior to this, I figured we’d get a deal, maybe not the best but something. So we drove an hour from Hollywood.
On arrival, they disclose the Prius we were looking at had had the odometer pushed back and it was estimated to be close to 300k. They pushed other lower priced cars on us… we wanted a used Prius with low miles. (Mostly for the rate decrease we’d already researched we’d get with our insurance if we switched from our Benz to a Prius, about a $ 200 decrease). Our car had 130kmi, so we were looking for a reliable Toyota with less than 75k miles.
We spent 3 hours there while they entered, re-​entered, and re-​entered our credit checks! Then we spent another 1 hour waiting for financing to pop up for a used, overpriced 2007 black Prius (that’s still sitting there, I just checked, that day it was $ 18k, now $ 15k). Since we hadn’t eaten all day we left and opted to have them call us when they came up with something. The owner and Danny had spent most of those hours arguing about how to put in our info, who first, little typos, etc. Every time the owner stepped away, Danny would say something about how he wanted us there when his boss wasn’t around to get us a better deal…
Now, when I still had the repo fresh (less than a year old) I was able to get financed immediately in Nov 2013, no waiting around for games. Fast forward to 2014, we’d been paying for almost a year on time, I figured a small business like before would come up with financing. So this whole game of waiting hours felt and was ridiculous.
The next day Danny called said he scored us financing at 17% APR! Then a few days after the owner called, asking us to come back in, and that Danny no longer worked there. By then we’d gone else where.
Less than a week later we ended up at Toyota of Hollywood, looking at used their many, used, reasonably priced Prius’s. We had originally not gone to a dealership because of our credit situation. Once we picked a car, brand new 2014 Prius C, $ 20k, we were approved within minutes with 2.9% APR, 2 years free maintenance, and warranty.
Even if it wasn’t the terribly customer service, the APR deals are enough to make me say run to a Toyota Dealer!

So. I got a inkling for a «new to me» car. Looked at a few and since I work close to this place decided to give it a look. Went online and saw a black 2004 Mustang convertible. I’ve wanted a Mustang since I was a kid so I gave them a call. Gave some info on the phone to try for a pre-​approval and then went over after work. The guys were all great. It was Friday night at 5:30. By 8pm I walked out the door and got in my new car. All the paperwork was done with the exception of giving them the title to my car (since I didn’t plan to buy a car THAT DAY). I took it in to them on Saturday.
It was easy, they got me a price that I was happy with and kept my payments pretty close to what I wanted (I hadn’t factored in the warranty price).
I’d do business with them again in a minute.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I took the car I wanted on a nice test drive, then had all my questions answered. The best part was, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy the car. I went to Auto Net after going to several big dealerships. Salesmen at those big dealerships give you lines like, «let me go talk to the big boss», and other nonsense like that. This place was much more real, and didn’t feel like a shark tank. To top it off, I got the Lexus I wanted at a GREAT price.

looking for a great used car for a second vehicle and I was driving along Ventura Bl just west of Topanga and saw this place .I stopped in and was greeted in a friendly manor and was shown various cars that were what I was looking for. Izack was very helpful and we decided on the car I needed. I asked if the car could be taken to my mechanic and with a hesitation said yes. My mechanic thoroughly went through the car and let me know what the minor problems were. I asked for a written inspection report to show Auto Net and when I came back to the car lot, we went over the list and all were taken care of immediately. I could not ask for more customer service than I received here. Thanks Guys nice doing business with you.
