Online ordering is pointless. Order is never ready by time promised. Phone ordering is the same way. I understand that lunch hour is busy but you’re a franchised restaurant chain. You should be used to this especially being in a busy corporate center. On-site management is just as useless.

I’ve eaten here before and the food was pretty good. Today I ordered grilled shrimp fajitas to go through the online order system. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering, when it was said to be ready. Upon sitting down to eat: all of the food except the guacamole looks and tastes like it has been sitting out for hours. No thanks. The one star is for the guacamole that made it possible to muscle down the rest of it.

This location is a little tough to get to as it is located in a business complex. However, if you do not mind going through a security gate that requires validation than you will be pleasantly surprised. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh. They offer nachos and salsa as you wait and depending on what time you go they may be more important to you than you would think. Between 1130 and 1:30 pm the place is packed and definitely pretty hectic. If you are in the mood for Mexican food that’s reasonably priced then you will be happy you stopped by.

Food is good and great for catering. Had a fabulous experience this last time. Desire(employee name) was so friendly and wonderful. She made sure everything was perfect on our catering order. Will be back.

I have been coming to this location for several years and can say with certainty that the food and service has always been consistent and have yet to have any poor experiences. Baja fresh is my go to spot because of their low carb and healthy meal alternatives. You can go on their website, browse the Bowls and Salads sections to find the meal that fits your caloric and macro nutritional needs. Here is the link: I recommend placing a phone order and then arriving 10 minutes later to pick up your food. You wait in a shorter line for pick up and can still eat there. Just a little time saver. What I like most about Baja fresh is their salsa bar selection. They have at least 6 different salsas and then eperoncino, jalapenos and other condiments to add to your food. For free of course. Prices are reasonable for the most part. The burritos are fairly large and if you’re not accustomed to eating large meals then one burrito could feed to individuals. Then they have the Dos Manos burrito which could feed a family of 4! Great food, great service… Baja Fresh is Okay in my book.

Horrible, waited half hour for food. Order was wrong. Beef Burrito only had beans, nothing else, no meat. Salad had no dressing. All was awful!!!

This location Baja Fresh not only was the service here terrible but the food was served cold not fresh. My order was wrong so I had to re do my order and waited a long time just to get my cold burrito and sides. Wasn’t happy at all with this Baja Fresh location.

BAJAFRESHHASGROWNUP!!! I have not been to a Baja Fresh in years but I am working nearby for a meeting and I thought I would grab a quick lunch. I was pleasantly surprised they are offering something halfway healthy!!! I am having the new grilled shrimp chili lime salad.$ 8.49 plus tax. It tasted very good, and very fresh. I added the mango salsa from their salsa bar. Yummy! They were extremely busy since it was right at noon but I was greeted very nice by the cashier, she validated my parking, and she offered me a basket of chips while I waited for my salad. Overall it was a very good experience at a chain restaurant which I usually try to stay away from.

Just OK and not worth more than three stars. It’s been a couple years since eating at another Baja Fresh, and I was shocked how the menu’s changed. Gone are the«fun» foods like the burrito suizo dinners and enchillada platters, replaced by a menu desperately trying to become«healthier.» They claim their new menu is all about«fresh and delicious,» but it seems like they just made their entrees with fewer ingredients, smaller and bumped up the prices. Once again, I had to ask a restaurant to please lower their music level. This isn’t Abercrombie & Fitch. Annoying.

I go in the afternoon and it’s never crowded. I love the bowls, burritos, and am a huge fan of the salsa bar. I’m always satisfied when I leave. No problems and I have nothing bad to say. I’ll be back!

Baja is located downstairs in the office complex I work at. I’ve been here dozens of times and the only reason I subject myself to this horrible establishment is the convenience. I don’t usually have too much time to eat lunch and Baja has the shortest line… I wonder why. I’d rather go to the stand but again the lines usually too long. I really hope management reads this and makes at least some of the changes below. First off, their staff really need to step up their listening skills when I order. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered a quesadilla that comes with guacamole and sour cream on the side. I tell them NO guacamole, just sour cream. I get my order to go, just to realize when I get back to the office only to see the green stuff. To top it off I was charged for the extra guacamole! On other occasions I tell them no pico de gallo. Yup, you guessed it extra pico de gallo. The best time was when I ordered, paid, and after 30 minutes never got my food. They proceeded to tell me I already received my order and tried to charge me again. Umm, no, what was I sitting there for my health. I realize that English may be many of their employees second language and may get confused, but that’s really not my problem. If you’re gonna hire people south of the border(aka Mexicans… who knows maybe one of their English second language employees is reading this now and doesn’t know who’s south of the border) consider offering them some English classes. Now, for those employee that are fluent in English, there’s really no excuse… you’ve hit rock bottom. Second, what is with them taking away the lime. Are they really that expense? I know there was a shortage a year ago and prices doubled but that was only temporary. Put my limes back! Furthermore, when I get an order do go, some napkins would be nice. It’s embarrassing when I have to use my pants then go home to my wife at the end of the day looking like a two year old that was just in a food fight. That’s not hot! I don’t want her leaving me for a man with cleaner pants! Finally, they really need to do something with their online/phone ordering system. Their cashiers are more concerned with the phone calls than the fact you’re standing right in front of them. Then people come in that placed online/phone orders and get to cut! So the line at times never moves. Why do they get to cut? I’d rather them cut the cheese then cut the line… well maybe not. That depends on if I have allergies that day. So if you’re wondering if I fit Einstein’s famous quote, «insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different result,» you’re absolutely correct. Will I eat there again? I will leave you with only one question. Do Arabs’ like to ride camels?

Muy caliente! Muy fresco! Muy bueno! … and that’s about all I have left from 4 years of high school Spanish… So I feel a little lame writing such a detailed review about a fast food restaurant, but I’m gonna power through it anyway, because we don’t have Baja Fresh where i’m from! Right off the bat, they won my approval with the complimentary, fresh, fully-stocked salsa bar. I mean… it’s free. come on. And while it’s not exceptional salsa, it is fresh and there are quite a few choices. oh and DID I MENTIONIT’S FREE?! Next, I was practically induced into a food coma by eating one of their giant burritos. Seriously… I’m thinking to myself, «If I finish this, i’m going to have to take a nap in my car before I drive home». But ultimately, I survived with a whole new respect for fast(fake) Mexican food. Now I know that this location suffers because it is always packed during the lunch hour(near-by business towers) but it really didn’t impact my experience too much. I was able to get there and back within a half hour right around 12:30. That said, this has become a pretty good post-workout spot for me to hit up before I drive home, and around 6:30−7 there are never more than a handful of people in there. Winning.

Very good food. Very friendly service! I had the veggie quesadilla and it was full of cheese and it all tasted very fresh. Guacamole was refreshing and delicious. not squeaky clean but not dirty. Reasonably priced and quick service as well. I think it’s perfect if you want fast Mexican food without junk puffed into it.

I have a love hate relationship with this location. They are across the street from work so it’s hard to go anywhere else however when I do come here something is bound to disappoint. Either the salad is too spicy one time or the fried chips/tostada shells are fried in old oil that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Yuck! One thing I have to point out is that it’s totally worth complaining about a bad experience to the BAJA mgmt because they are so prompt with their response and are always willing to throw a bunch of free food and drinks at you when you are not satisfied. I have to commend them for their excellent customer service at corporate. The local stores however leave much to be desired.

the fish tacos were pretty edible and loved the black beans. There are two very dark sauces on the salsa bar which I LOVED. strange for me because I am no fan of mexican or mexican american food. 3 stars is like a 6 star review of an american restaurant.

This Baja Fresh is close to my job. I used to love Baja Fresh but lately it has been overkill since they are 1 of only 5 food options in our work complex. What I like about Baja Fresh is that the staff is always so professional and nice. Some of the menu items can be hit or miss though. The standout is always making your own burrito bowl and the tostada salad is good as well. Sometimes their seasonal items are tasty but other times they are lacking in flavor. But Baja Fresh is always an OK choice if you need something fast for an OK price.
