B3, is a total body conditioning and strength building bootcamp. Classes begin with a 5 minute warmup and Dynamic Flexibility. The Class will be set up into 6 stations that will challenge your Cardiovascular abilities and Strength (30 minutes). This is a class that will increase your Cardiovascular indurance, Strength, Power and Core Strength. There will be 15 minutes of abdominal work, followed by a 5 minute cool down. The energy will be high the classes will be fast paced and the results will be amazing. Best of all you will shed all the unwanted body fat, which will create a more fit, energetic, leaner you!

Established in 2012.
Body Basics Bootcamp, is the culmination of 12 years of experience, in the military (Marines), professional sports, personal training and group fitness instruction. The outdoors are a great place to train and develope your body to challenge and push it to its limits. Being able to adapt to your enviornment and its eliments is something we have learned from our experiences in the Millitary and Sports world. We want to bring these challenges along with what we’ve learned in the gym world, to our clients and provide our clients/bootcampers, the best opportunity to achieve their overall health and fitness goals. Our motto is simple, «We get you the body you want».

Business Owner
Kevin started his professional health and fitness career as a personal trainer with a national fitness center. His commitment to his clients pushed him to move to another facility where he could use his knowledge and talents to help clients attain their health and fitness goals. At his new facility, as the fitness manager, he was allowed to use his imagination and knowledge to work with members and clients, to assist them in moving toward their health and fitness goals.
Kevin loves to be challenged and soon decided to take on boxing. While working as a fitness manager he used his free time to begin to train to be an amateur boxer. Kevin did this off and on for 4 years. He learned much about himself and how to create challenging exercise routines during this time. Kevin captured his newfound knowledge and enthusiasm and now uses it when he trains and motivates his clients.
