Wendy, Mike and their son did a good job for us, everything went as planned. We purchased our entire home lighting, inside and out, from them and I have only one complaint and it is my bedside lamp handle gets to hot to adjust, everything else very happy with.

We live in woodland hills and are moving to our new palace in Tarzana. we needed a few chandeliers and I saw this local store. I prefer to support local businesses as I realize how important being a small business owner myself is. It’s not easy maintaining a business especially with some of the haters who post reviews if you don’t give them a discount. Wendi helped me out and was very professional. We bought 3 chandeliers and we like all of them. We added LED bulbs to ensure we are energy efficient. Plenty of parking at this store which is located on the corner of Fallbrook and Ventura. Reasonable prices and good service. That’s how it’s supposed to be. They also have a great, really tall electrician who can reach your ceilings without a ladder. We are all lit up now!

This was our second time purchasing from De Light Ville. The first time was about 17 years ago and we are very happy and pleased with the service and the products from both experiences. Wendi & Mike were extremely professional throughout the process. When things started to go sideways with the lighting manufacturer Wendi jumped in and helped us get things corrected and now that everything has been installed we are very appreciative of all their help and concern. Because of Mike taking the time to come to my home to make sure we were purchasing all the correct fixtures switches plugs etc. And Wendy and Lisa expiditing shipping everything is PERFECT! !!!

I purchased over $ 25,000 in lighting from Delightville over the last several years including very expensive delicate crystal chandeliers for my dining room and foyer, as well as master bathroom room. Mike, the owner at Delightville promised to have someone clean them once a year(I would pay for the service). His son cleaned them for two years and then moved. Mike doesn’t take my calls, «he is busy.» Five calls to Wendy, whoever she is, said on five different occasions someone from the store would call me and set up date to come the following month to clean the fixtures.. With promises since last October to have someone clean them my final call was supposed to come from the owner himself. He didn’t call me back. Worse business experience ever.

I can’t speak about the other sales people but Mike was terrible. He was rude, condescending and downright surly. I walked out after 5 minutes because I was so annoyed at the treatment I received. Don’t bother asking about LED fixtures here because they have hardly any and quite frankly they don’t care.

I have purchased over $ 8,000 in lighting from Delightville over the last several years including an expensive chandelier and lights for my dining room/kitchen. The lights for the kitchen stopped working after one year in both the dining area and over the cooking area. I mentioned it to Mike at Delightville and he came out and told me that the fixtures were made poorly,(Duh, then why sell them?). I then ordered a fan instead and paid over $ 400. The fan was too high and I needed an extension arm to bring it down. I ordered the arm from Mike 2 months ago. Since then I have literally made 6 phone calls to him and he has NOTONCE returned my call. When I call, a lady(Rosie) answers and tells me «he is busy.» Is that an excuse for poor service? Afraid Not. I am(WAS) a good customer and I should be treated better. Maybe a few more reviews like this will wake these folks up.

The worst customer experience ever! Highly recommend you do not do business at this place. I brought a very sentimental lamp to them to be fixed which was broken during a move. It took them over a month just to tell me they couldn’t fix it. I was told on three different occasions someone from the store would call me back to update me on the status of my lamp. None of those calls ever came. I had to call them each time and ask why I hadn’t been called back. Barely an apology and no good reason for the behavior. The final call back was supposed to come from the owner himself. He didn’t call me back, so I called only to find out they couldn’t fix the lamp. When I went to pick it up, no apology, nothing. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. I think I have only written one bad review about any business before, but I felt other potential clients should be warned about this place.
