Facial waxing is an inexpensive, quick procedure… Usually. Prepare to sit in an uncomfortable position for 3x longer than any other place. They don’t have a separate room for privacy, and no chair/​bed with head support. Seated right in the center of the salon for everyone to watch, in the salon chair with plastic covered pillows to lean back onto and your head bent backwards.
30 minutes I spent in that position, while the woman took her sweet time. It felt like each individual hair got its own special, painful attention. When all is said and done, «$ 20, please». That is the most I have ever spent for a typical eyebrow job. It’s not as if it was some spectacular sight to behold at the end.
And if you have card, don’t even bother. Cash only. After a walk to the grocery store to get some cash back, I can confidently say this has been one experience worth giving a review for.

My cousin started losing his hair in his mid twenties. He was always self conscious about his hair loss. So he went to see Tamir about his hair loss problem. He decided to do a scalp pigmentation on his scalp to make his hairline look fuller and Tamir did an amazing job! I looked at several places to do micro pigmentation. I wanted to cover a bald spot. After my first session with Tamir, I was left with massive ink blots on my head and he said it was because sometimes the ink spreads. I knew what i was feeling. Sometimes it would be light and sometimes he’d press hard. In the end THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE WAS GOING TO TAMIR. It should not be legal for him to perform this on anybody. He dissuaded me from HisHair and the other professional places with his difference of price but you definitely get what you pay for. When he realized he made an error he then poured acid on my head to attempt to get the ink out. This did not work. In the end, I look like the Aliens from the film «Alien Nation». Scarred for life and utterly embarrassed I didn’t just bald with pride. Look at my profile picture to see what my head looks like now and will look like forever. I first met salon owner Tamir Melamed in 2002. And as I write this little review in April, 2015, he is still my hair guy. I appreciate his skills. I’m 69 years old and I need all the help I can get to be presentable and not frighten small children. When Tamir is finished with my head, I go walking out looking good… well, as good as I can be at this advanced age. He’s always been friendly, dependable and supremely competent. His salon offers the usual hair and nail services, plus scalp pigmentation and hair replacement. During yesterday’s visit, I asked what’s the greatest distance someone has traveled for scalp pigmentation. «From Miami,» he said. Wow. And on the wall is an official certificate that reads: «Master Cosmetology Trainer.» And this is why I’ve been going to Tamir for 13 years. The man knows what he’s doing and has the eye of an artist.

I’m a very selective person and after a major research, I met with Tamir personally to view his work on another client before deciding to hire his services. I’ve asked the client if I can visit him in two weeks time to view the final results (after the healing process ended). Luckily, the customer agreed and two weeks later we’ve met and I was impressed with his results.
I decided to hire Tamir and I must say that I’ve made the right choice. The process was lengthy (7 Hr.) but, the results are amazing. I’ll highly recommend Tamir and his services to Bold man in need.

I had two sessions of scalp pigmentation I came to see Tamir along with my brother all the way from San Fransico. We drove 6 hrs to get here due to the good reviews but his work is really BAD! He literally just put dots all over our heads I have pictures to prove it and will soon put a video on YouTube I will add my email at end of review. First session he added a whole lot of dots and after a week his work turned GREEN. So we called him and he said it’s normal and it was no problem «easy fix» so we came back for a touch up. This time he just went in deeper with his needle and dots were darker when we left it looked ok probably because ink was fresh but my brother and I figured it was going to be the same deal sure enough a week later the pigmentation was very noticeable and GREEN. All of our friends and Co workers noticed this nobody was fooled by everywhere we go they notice and ask us and my brother having alopecia this just added more stress to him i can cover with my hair but both our heads are literally green and just looks like dots especially in the sun. This was a total rip off we wasted $ 3000 each another thing he did was his needle moved and he left a line on my brothers head??? What the hell he said it will come off since he just barley touched it that line in there still there i pictures too prove it. Don’t waste your time pay more $ with HIS and get work done from a professional this guy literally sits down while doing this and has people calling his cell phone and has his girlfriend waiting for him outside the office which makes him rush through his session this happend the second time we saw him. This work is REALLY BAD. Do not come here you will end up with a green head with nothing but dots on it looks HORRIBLE. I can’t say enough about how awesome my experience was from Deja Vu Design. Tamir is a professional and is a master of his craft. His attention to detail and never taking shortcuts when it comes to providing the best quality SMP is what makes him the best. By far the best decision I made last year and it was worth every penny. I just finished up my second session (touch up) for my scalp micropigmentation with Tamir. I went to HIS hair clinic before I came here, what a mistake. The pigment fades so fast at HIS hair, on the other hand Tamir does it so that it will last (quality).I guarantee you will leave very satisfied as I was. I’m going to tell all my friends in need about Tamir & his staff, excellent service.

Would give this negative stars if I could!!! Worst customer service ever… Stay away unless you want a substandard haircut where the stylist doesn’t listen!

My 1^st time there was awesome I recommend going to Anastasia. The environment of the salon was very modern and chic! Customer service was great everyone greeted me as if I was long time customer! Back to Anastasia, she not only understands the way you want things done but she puts her passion into doing it! She made feel real comfortable not to mention got my red hair completely out! I will be definitely going back to her she is the best! Thanks Anastasia!
