I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a tan! She is so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The tanning is not orange at all and she lets you choose from a variety of shades and makes it exactly how you ask. There are no streaks of color running off and the tan lasts about 2 weeks. Maybe more if you go with a darker shade. You will be in and out in 15 minutes.

I was pretty nervous getting a spray tan, as the last few times I got one (elsewhere) I broke out in hives almost immediately… the last time being in 2009! I assumed I could never get a spray tan again, and really learned to love my porcelain skin tone. Well, with my bachelorette party in Vegas coming up, I thought I really want a glow… not a dark tan because I would look so different, just a healthy glow. After reading the amazing Unilocal reviews, I contacted Emily for a «test spot» to first make sure I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to the formula. Emily is kind, understanding, and truly the sweetest person I’ve met in the beauty industry. She completely understood where I was coming from and tested TWO spots on my legs where I have eczema as those places were the worst of my hives in 2009. I was SO happy when I didn’t have any reaction and went forward to booking my full-​body session. Emily’s work is amazing. She advised me exactly on what post-​care to follow and when to make sure I achieved the healthy glow I wanted, rather than a full tan. I look forward to booking with her again before my bridal shower, engagement shoot, and wedding! And all important dates to come!

This was my best, most convenient, and easy tanning experience. Emily is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I’ve had many tans and can tell she not only knows what she’s doing, but she knows how to do it better than most. She takes the time to make sure your tan turns out well and tells you what to expect every step of the way. I also love that the tanning solution she used dries right away and it actually smells good (yes, Emily my dog does want to lick me lol). Yup, its at her house. Yes, it is going to be awkward at first. However, Emily makes you feel so comfortable! She is very experienced in what she does and welcomes you to a private room that you will feel very at home. She gives you adequate time to change and explains every step along the way. In addition, she offers you disposable underwear and a shower cap, at no extra charge.
The entire process took about 20 min, with 5 min of explaining and basic paperwork. Emily is very experienced so she will give you a variety of options to choose from and knows exactly what to give her clients. She gave me the perfect bronze with slight tan, because I am very fair. It is just perfect. Before the appointment she provided a very detailed email which elaborates on everything you should do before and after the spray tan. Then, after the spray tan she explained again and answered all questions I had.
Emily is very sweet and great at spray tanning! I will def. be going again.
Great thing is that she also takes credit cards!

So glad I found Emily. I’ve had a few spray tans and I was leery of trying it again because I’ve always come out looking like a very tall Oompa Loompa (like so many others). As we were going to a music festival for the weekend and didn’t want to sport my bike racer farmer tan lines, I gave in and called for an appointment.
She has a private room upstairs in her home… which is miracle upon miracles close to my house… YAY! You can strip completely naked or wear throw away undies. Personally I go for the buff option… we’re all women here, right? She’s seen it all I’m sure.
Emily is meticulous about her craft. She talks to you first about what kind of tan you’re looking for and how long you think you can go before washing off. The less time you have, the more you pay… I guess the shorter cooking formula is more expensive. I think it’s 4 – 6 hours vs. 8 hours or something like that.
She really takes her time and has you moving your body and limbs in different angles in order to get the most natural result. In the areas that never see the sun, I’m white as a crayon. In the areas that do… I’m a few shades darker. She was able to make me look like my legs were nearly one shade of brown. I was blown away. It’s not a perfect match, but it’s pretty damned close. The color was perfect. A nice, light/​medium shade of light chocolate brown.
I surprised that even with wearing cycling shorts and weird devices like a heart rate monitor for two hours in the heat, didn’t immediately cause me to get strange «tan lines». I’d say that if you’re an athlete who wears tight fitting clothes and sweats, realistically the tan isn’t going to last evenly for more than a few days, but that’s all I needed. I’m sure if I’d been on a tropical island in a bathing suit for a week, I’d have been «golden» for at least a week, if not more.
Highly recommended and good value. She’s also a cool head.

Emily is the best! My husband and I both use her. She’s our go to girl for spray tans. She’s so very sweet and completely professional. She’s very knowledgeable about spray tanning. She does such a great job and I will keep going back to her. Oh yeah, and I have lots of friends that use her too. We love Emily!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Emily! I moved out here from Indiana 2 years ago and was searching for a place where I could get a good spray tan. Well as luck would have it, I somehow ended up on Emily’s page! I am so glad I found her! I have had many bad spray tans in the past from other places that did not leave me satisfied! Emily surpassed all my expectations and has given me some of the BEST spray tans I’ve ever had! Not only is she the sweetest person alive but she makes you feel so comfortable and does everything she can to get you in when needed! If Emily were to ever stop doing this, I will be one pasty lady because I won’t go anywhere else! THE BEST THERE IS!

I’ve seen Emily 2 times to get a spray tan. I was really impressed with my first tan. It really stayed on me for a long time. She made my boobs and butt look very defined. And I just loved the way I looked! I came back a second time and she gave me a star to put on my hip so I would see how long my tan would last. I was told the longer you don’t wash it, the longer it will last. My friend took a shower later that night and told me she had washed her tan off, but she kept it on for about 10 hours. So I thought maybe if I didn’t wash myself til the next day, it would stay on longer. I was wrong): I was disappointed to see that I couldn’t even see my star anymore, my boobs and butt weren’t defined like the time before, and I was just overall white again /:

I love how the products Emily uses are all organic and natural. Honestly, that’s what initially drew me in to try it out. It happened to be my first time ever getting a spray tan so I was a bit hesitant despite all of the great reviews but Emily definitely did not disappoint. She was very informative about the upkeep of the tan and maintained a professional and positive attitude throughout the session. She was open to answering all of my questions without hesitation and I left knowing I made the right decision. I did the best I could to take care of the tan according to Emily’s instructions and I feel it lasted such a long time! Thanks Emily! Since I try to avoid sun as much as possible (keeping my skin young and healthy looking) spray tanning is my only option to get some color.
If when you hear «spray tan» you automatically think «Oompa Loompa» you just haven’t met the right spray tan specialist (like Emily). All those glowing celebrities on the red carpets — spray tan. Correction, the RIGHT spray tan: organic, completely even, natural looking, with just the RIGHT amount of color (not orange!!!).
The whole process is 15 mins tops and Emily has two types of product: one dries in 8 hours and another dries in 4 hours (which means you can wash it off sooner). She also accepts credit cards which is very convenient. All in all — great experience, flawless results.

I’ve always wanted to try an airbrush tan but was so nervous as other spray tans I’ve received turned me orange, blotchy, streaky, or worse, all three! As Valentines day approached I decided to look into trying airbrush tanning in an attempt to quickly resolve my pasty appearance. Nothing better than feeling super sexy in that new lingerie for your man on V-​day! ;)
When I came across Emily I was excited to try her out. The other reviews on Unilocal all raved how great her tans were and she was only 4 minutes from my house! When I called, she answered right away and was able to work around my schedule to get me in quickly. I received an email from Emily before my appointment including date/​time and location information as well as pre and post care instructions to ensure you get the most out of your tan (SO HELPFUL).
When I arrived, Emily made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and I was done in about 15 minutes! She even offers stickers, deposable thongs, and a hair-​cap to protect your hair from the spray.
It’s now been 4 days since the airbrush and I still love the results! I don’t look orange at all, the color was evenly applied and it looks very natural. My boyfriend was pleased with the outcome of my spray tan and couldn’t keep his hand off me!
I will definitely be recommending Emily to all my friends and family and look forward to continuing business with her. Awesome find! :D

When I told my husband I was spray tanning he freaked out. «She’ll turn you ORANGE!» But, I trusted Unilocal and Emily’s great reviews and… as per usual, Unilocal was right.
Emily is super knowledgable and knows what she’s doing. She takes her time and evens out the tan so it actually looks like you laid out (darker in areas you are normally darker in and less dark in those typically paler areas). NOBODY knew I had a spray tan. They just said, «You look great!!! You glow!» It’s all because of Emily.

By far one of the best spray tans I’ve had and I’m a spray tan junky!
Emily had replied to my inquiry right away and accommodated a time that worked best for me. After finalizing my appointment, she emailed me instructions for pre and post care of my treatment. This was just an added bonus.
The session was quick and comfortable. Even in cold morning weather, the room had a heater and made the experience super comfortable. The results amazing! The color is perfectly even and dark with no awkward orangey coloring that many other spray tans can make you. I really want to thank Emily for such a positive experience and I will be back!

I have used Emily Allison’s tanning twice now and have been so happy. I always receive so many compliments and she is the sweetest thing! It’s a little awkward at first to be standing in front of someone half naked while getting sprayed but she is so professional. She talks you through everything and it lasts just a few minutes before you are on your way.
