History

Established in 1994.

My previous financial experience has included a variety of different positions and responsibilities. I have worked in a consulting capacity for several restaurants, including Mastro’s Restaurants, Make Store, and Grill Concepts, Inc.

I have also worked at Sizzlers, and prior to that, I have worked in various management capacities at The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. for five years. Some of my positions and duties included financial reporting, maintenance of the general ledger, accounts receivable and management of the cash and credit card receipts for all of the restaurants. I managed the 12 employees that were in the payroll department, and I have processed the payroll of over 18,000 employees working in 85 restaurants across 22 states. I also prepared and filed the sales tax returns and property tax returns for all 85 of those restaurants.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Commerce from India, followed by a license to practice Chartered Accountancy in India. I obtained my CPA in the U.S.
