Unbelievable the service is awful management even worse spoke with Manager Marcie incredibly rude. I have never been talked down to based on my ethnicity.(Sad part she’s the same ethnicity as I am). Great work GNC. on picking your managements!

This store has a policy that makes no sense other than they want personal information. I bought a bottle of Melatonin and as I was still at the register I realized I had purchased(with cash) the incorrect strength. I told the cashier and asked to replace the wrong strength with the correct one and she told me she could only do it if I provided her with my phone number. I said she did not need my phone number to do the transaction. She said that it was store policy. I refused. She called the store manager by phone to whom I spoke and I was tokd they would not exchange the purchase without my phone number. Again I refused and left with my original purchase. This policy is a pure and simple marketing device having nothing to do with my transaction. This GNC has lost a customer.

I went to the GNC store to get some Muscle Milk Weight Gainer. When i called to make sure they had the product i was looking for I asked about a coupon and if i would be able to use it. The woman said I would. When I got there i handed the woman the coupon and it didn’t work. She said i wasn’t able to use it. I asked what i could use it on. There were about 50 codes at the bottom of the paper and she said i could use it one of those. How is a customer supposed to know which products those were. The woman didn’t know off hand what products i could use the coupon on either. She told me if i’d have time she would look it up. Who has time for that??? People that work there should know what you can and can’t use the coupon on. I was so angry and she was rude telling she just workers there and this was all corporate. they don’t make the decisions. Terrible service! I will not go back to that GNC. they didn’t know about their products or anything else!

Pretty average just come in already knowing what you want and the answers to any of your questions and be sure to lower your expectations.

They usually have what I need but, the people are so unhelpful. Say hello, say can I help you? Maybe acknowledge my presence in your store. If i can avoid this location I think I will.

The prices are the same that you expect from a GNC, the guy who was working when I came in knew his stuff, and they didn’t have what I was looking for, but he gave me some free samples to take home as I left so I wouldn’t leave empty handed.

GNC, what can I say. Horrible service, overpriced products, cocky employees. Every time I go there I get offered their GNC branded supplements, I know what its like to be on commission but its a little obnoxious. If you are going to try to sell me something, ask questions and relate that product to my lifestyle. I’m complaining because the last time I went there I went to buy some GU energy gels because I was already at the mall and needed some quick carbs for a race. I am a long distance athlete/marathoner and when I went to the register the employee started his speech and offended me. He said, «Hey bro?! Energy gels bro?! C’mon bro?! You should be taking a multivitamin instead of this crap.» First of all, I don’t take these energy gels daily. I use it for my competition and long training runs, and it has nothing to do with multivitamins(I already use multis). I took this offensively as I am sure a majority of runners and long distance athletes might. I just shrugged it off and never shopping there unless I get a free giftcard from a friend again or something like that.

Horrible customer service. Walked in, no one said hi. Got what I needed and went to cash register, the lady was on the phone, never acknowledge me, but grabbed my product rang me up while on the phone. When I paid she finally finished her conversation handed me my receipt with out saying one word to me still. This location is easy for me to go to being I work in the mall, but will make sure to avoid this location all together.

Seemed like a friendly enough staff. Pros Great place to come for some free info. Cons Can be expensive so I prefer to get free info and go somewhere else to buy my stuff. Some things you could do to help with the price problem is to join their member club for $ 15 a year and it takes off 20% your bill for the first week of every month. Humn. Problems ??? Anyways the other problem with this GNC is their selection may seem limited because of the size of their store. Very small store.

i remember going here for some diet pills a while back. i walked in… and walked out empty handed! why?! because its not really a good idea getting health tips from somebody who’s in 5 times worse shape than you are! i cant believe the people here never thought about that during the hiring process! im sure he probably had some sense of what he was talking about, but the deal breaker was when i asked him if he’s taken any of the stuff and he said«yes». after that, deng, diet and exercise is all i’ll go for. as for the store itself… they got all you need. protein powders, weight gainers, vitamins, minerals, etc etc etc. store looks clean, and theres a free massage chair you can sit on in the front lol. i cant really complain about the store itself, but horrible sales/marketing tactics!
