Each session lasts about 90 minutes, and most people start to see results within 1 – 6 sessions. This isn’t a guarantee, and your results will depend on many factors (that Janet will discuss with you). However, Janet will closely monitor and evaluate your progress over time.
Janet uses guided imagery, neurolinguistics, voice dialogue, time line therapy and goal setting assignments in her hypnotherapy practice.
