We have the largest selection of fitness wear around! We specialize in Brazilian, Israeli and American made fitness clothing. Check out our website or drop in. We also specialize in ’ lounge type’ yoga clothing from name brands off price.

History

Established in 1983.

Lisa M started out this clothing business as a flea market vendor selling at Saugus Swap meet, Rose Bowl Flea Market, and the Orange County marketplace. and moved into the indoor swap meets as well. She specialized in selling name brands off price. This went on for about 10 years she switched it up by selling at hair salons and special events and fairs. The in 1990 She became interested in selling some thing different, so she started selling Workout clothing in the gyms. And 7 years ago in 2007 she opened up a retail location in Woodland Hills. Lisa M still continues to sell in gyms… The focus is shifting towards website sales, fitness conventions events etc…

Majored in 3 D art– metalsmithing, ceramics, woodworking minored in Geology.

Remains very interested in the Human Body, Fitness, Nutrition and general health and well being. Loves to travel the world, backpack, hike, water ski, snow ski, workout and sweat, and learn new things. Still loves to make jewelry.

Lisa M has 2 sisters and a 89 year old mother and no children.

Great selection of clothing at really competitive prices. I live in Vegas but decided to swing by here on my way to the Bay Area to purchase a sports bra I had tried on at Dick’s and loved. Not only did I get it at a sweet discount price, but I felt great supporting a smaller business. The owner even put it on hold for me for 2 days until I was in town to pick it up. They have a vast selection of clothing so I recommend looking at their site online before going in person.

The owners level of rudeness is quite astonishing. It really threw me off. I’ve been going to this store for years as I’m a trainer, fitness instructor and pilates pro. I’ve happily spent lots of dough (I live in workout gear) and have referred countless clients here. Now I’m horrified thinking they may have been treated the way I was today. I don’t think it’s intentional, I just think that the owner has very, very poor people skills and should really not be working with the public.
I love the selection and that’s what always kept me going back and raving about this little known spot. I love having access to to all the awesome brands at one location. It’s just not worth the risk of being talked down to and ridiculed when your are trying to buy an 80 dollar pair of tights.

Plus a great range of casualwear, jeans, jewelry etc. We much prefer Lisa M to any store in the mall. Support local businesses!

Haven’t been in the store but ordered online. Tons of stuff and great sales! Shipping was insanely fast… like I practically bought in the store, without having to leave the comfort of my couch. THAT’S how fast. Everything I ordered was perfect and the brands carried here are good quality.
Will definitely have to check the store out when I have a chance!

I’ve never visited the store locally being that long beach to woodland hills is quite a commute for me. However I have shopped via Lisa M’s online store at
twice in the past month and am very happy with my purchases. She carries 2 brands that I really love Onzie and Balance Fitwear. She has amazing deals on some of the Onzie product she carries. shipment is fast fast fast! Great alternative to overrated Lululemons for sure!

I basically live in spandex/​supplex and this store carries my favorite brazilian brands to make my butt look good during my sweaty endeavors. I wear out my workout clothing fairly quickly so I am always in need of more and the sales people are super helpful and HONEST. I appreciate people that are not in it for the sale and will tell me to put down the tie dye neon pink pants if they don’t look good on me! ;P I also love that there is ALWAYS a discount going on when I go and the jewelry selection is fabulous.

Wow, what a great find! This place has a great selections of quality goods, great fabrics, for every type of fitness! You can’t beat her prices, stuff from Yogi, brazilian fitness wear, and so much more.

When I go there, I plan to stay for awhile… EVERYTHING in the store is cute and it can take hours to really see it all.
Lisa and her employees are awesome! They are totally honest and would never tell you something looks good when it doesn’t. LOVE them and this store!!! I won’t shop anywhere else for work out clothes.

this store has the best selection and prices. if you enjoy getting a bargin on all the new cool things in style. this is the place to go. friendly help and service. no pressure. and nothing but lots of inventory on jewelry, street wear. tops, pants, shorts. all these items are found at some of the better high end clothing stores and departments stores… but here is where you will get the bargins!!! Be careful. because this can become addictive realy quick. watch your wardrobe grow!!! so i suggest you get a moment aways and get your shopping done quick, local, and at a discount… thank you lisa m. i love your things!

This place sells padded sports bras… and I feel like that’s all I really need to say.
If you’re the type of gal who uses the eliptical machine «gently» or chats up passers-​by while curling two pound hand weights, this place may be right up your ally. I personally am one of those types who runs eight miles and unapologetically sweats profusely while doing so… thus, rhinestone studded capris and yoga shorts just aren’t that practical. No judgment, it’s just not not what I need when it comes to fitness apparel.
They do have some cute little accessories, designer jeans, and tops, and there were some good deals going on Thanksgiving weekend. It might be worth checking out if you happen to be in the neighborhood, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back to Lisa M’s.

I think I was feeling a lilttle bit generous on the 19th. My second time back, I realized they do have a great selection of fitness clothes. However, the casual stuff/​jewelry is pretty trendy (not reallly my thing); what I would coin, «Calabasas MILF». If that’s your thing, and they happen to have your size jeans that day, it’s better than going to Theodore and blowing $ 400.
Still nice gals in there though.
